Job description

Do you want to help keep a busy dog-loving workplace running smoothly?
We’re looking for a Facilities and Post Room Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of Dogs Trust’s London office. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain supplies and equipment, and assist with facilities tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for staff and visitors.

What does this role do?
As a Facilities and Post Room Coordinator, you'll:

  • Coordinate facilities contracts, office supplies, and related purchase orders and invoices.
  • Provide support to colleagues and visitors, including meeting room setup, AV assistance, and reception cover.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and couriers, ensuring timely distribution and deliveries.
  • Maintain communal areas, monitor stock, report building issues, and carry out First Aid and Fire Marshal duties.

Could this be you?
You’ll have experience in a busy administrative environment, delivering excellent customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised and proactive, you’ll be confident managing multiple tasks, willing to undertake First Aid and Fire Marshal training.

About Dogs Trust

We’ll never put a healthy dog down, so our work is focused on helping dogs in need, supporting owners every step of the walk, and creating a better world for dogs in the future. It’s what we’ve been doing since 1891 and how we’ve grown to become the UK’s leading dog charity, helping 12,000 loyal friends find their forever homes every year.
