About the role

Working in the Supporter Care and Logistics Team (part of the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Department) your primary tasks will be supporting the team manager monitoring and briefing external suppliers that provide banking, thanking and resource order fulfilment services for Christian Aid. The role also provides excellent service to our supporters contacting the team by email, phone and letter in line with agreed targets

About you

You should have a supporter or customer care background and be happy working as part of a team. You should easily build relationships with colleagues from other teams as well as with our suppliers and supporters. you will be able to manage your own workload from our office in Warrington, with line-management support from London.

This role requires applicants to have the right to work in the country where this position is based.

All successful candidates will require either a Basic or Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service certificate (DBS) as part of your clearance for commencing your role with us. Information will be forwarded to you by the HR team with your offer.
