CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive individual to join our marketing team at CoppaFeel! – this role will play an essential part in supporting our 3-year organisational growth strategy. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team at CoppaFeel!, with ambitious plans happening in 2026, and the opportunity to own and develop a new area of our business.

We’re seeking an individual with experience in developing and nurturing relationships with high profile ambassadors and patrons in the charity sector. The right candidate will take the lead in identifying cross-functional projects across our organisation where high profile ambassadors and patrons could help further our work to end the late diagnosis of breast cancer in young people, including fundraising, influencing and awareness raising campaigns. The successful candidate will be confident project managing high profile relationships, with existing connections to talent, as well as being fully immersed in youth culture. They will have experience and understanding of working with influential external stakeholders, and will play a key role in shaping new opportunities in this area for CoppaFeel!.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced ambassador professional who wants to make an impact at a small organisation with their vision and innovation. You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Marketing, Fundraising, Operations and Education teams within the organisation.

You’ll sit within the Marketing department and report to the Marketing Director. You’ll work closely with the Senior Engagement & Events Manager, Content Manager, Senior Challenge Events Manager, Head of Partnerships, Storyteller Manager and Senior Policy Manager.

This is a fixed term role for 18 months. The role is part time for 3 days per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Help raise awareness of CoppaFeel! amongst 18-24 year olds by creating, developing, and nurturing long-term, high-level relationships and strategic engagement plans for ambassadors and high profile supporters that resonate with this group. Lead on creating our ambassador and high profile supporter strategy, and manage how this is executed across the organisation.

• Lead collaboration with teams across CoppaFeel!, including Marketing, Fundraising and Education to create plans to integrate our ambassadors and high profile supporters. Provide expert guidance on celebrity and ambassador activity to ensure alignment with our values and strategic objectives.

• Develop and deliver an effective Ambassador Relations strategy that drives impact across campaigns and cross-organisational projects. Create new opportunities that contribute to CoppaFeel!’s strategic and financial goals.

• Play a lead role in identifying and creating new ambassador and high profile supporter relationships.

• Develop new and meaningful engagement opportunities for existing and prospective ambassadors, patrons and high profile supporters, ensuring best in class planning, delivery, and relationship management. Finding captains for our fundraising treks.

• Work closely with the Marketing Department and Marketing Director to establish effective processes around ambassador management, including social media management, and impact reporting

• Work in partnership with the full Marketing team to ensure strong executions and delivery of overall results.

• Work with leads in Education, EDI and Fundraising to help deliver relationships supporting their areas.

• Support our organisation’s Press function, working collaboratively with our Press agency and Marketing Director to identify appropriate opportunities for ambassadors and high profile talent.

• Support our content creator work, working collaboratively with our Content Manager and Social Media Manager to identify appropriate opportunities for ambassadors and high profile talent. Work with our EDI team to ensure high profile talent and ambassadors reflect our diverse audience group.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role leading on ambassador and high profile supporter relationship management, either client or agency side.

• Experience working in a celebrity environment, including talent booking, long-term relationship building and project management. Confident independently owning high profile ambassador and supporter relationships, with strong experience working collaboratively with high profile talent.

• Demonstrable ability to deliver ambassador talent strategies, tailored to key audiences and working with others to execute.

• Strong project management skills.

• Highly organised with the ability to use initiative to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• A strong understanding of risk management.

• Understanding of Gen Z audiences and insights, and how these translate into high profile supporters and ambassadors, including awareness of trends.

• Driven individual who takes initiative and thrives in an ambitious environment.

• Strong communication skills and collaborative personality, comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and giving feedback.

The Role

About the role

We are currently looking for a Volunteer Support Manager to join our innovative Young People, Volunteer and Business Support Directorate. You will manage the Volunteer Support Team and develop and maintain efficient volunteering systems used by our volunteers. This new role at Young Sounds UK will lead on securing grant income from and coordinating relationships with Trusts and Foundations. This will include identifying and researching funders, submitting compelling applications and completing timely and accurate reports.

About this role

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as Service Manager for the Eastern European Outreach Service. This vital role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team of Independent Gender Violence Advocates (IGVAs) in delivering high-quality support to women and children affected by domestic abuse.

This role is part of a job share which will lead our Eastern European Outreach Service, covering five boroughs across East and West London. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role for someone passionate about supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse and other forms of gender-based violence. Together with your colleague (another Service Manager) you  will play a key role in ensuring that reporting requirements and service outcomes are consistently met, maintaining Refuge’s high standards and fulfilling contractual and funding obligations.

As Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery and development of high-quality outreach services tailored to the needs of Eastern European communities. This includes recognising and addressing the specific barriers these communities face in accessing support. You will provide line management to outreach staff, including supervision on complex and high-risk cases, and ensure operational emergencies are managed effectively.

You will lead on multi-agency collaboration, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and trauma-informed response for survivors. The role requires strong experience in casework management, staff supervision, and direct support to vulnerable individuals. A solid understanding of domestic abuse, gender-based violence, and its impact is essential, along with knowledge of relevant legislation including Criminal and Civil law, Housing, and Health & Safety.

For this role, it is essential for candidates to be proficient in one or more Eastern European languages. We particularly encourage applications from Romanian, Lithuanian or Polish speaking candidates.

Our client, Education Endowment Foundation is an independent charity dedicated to breaking the link between family income and education achievement. They do this by supporting schools, nurseries and colleges to improve teaching and learning for two-to 19-year-olds through better use of evidence.​

We’re looking for two Evaluation Managers to commission and oversee robust, cost-effective evaluations of promising projects, manage a portfolio of studies, and contribute to the development of methodological best practice at the heart of the EEF’s work.

As an Evaluation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in commissioning and managing high-quality, cost-effective evaluations of EEF -funded projects. You’ll oversee a portfolio of studies from design to delivery, working closely with external evaluators and programme teams to ensure rigorous, practical evaluations and clear communication of findings. This is a chance to shape influential research, strengthen the evidence base on what works in education, and contribute to the EEF’s wider strategic work.

You’ll join one of two closely connected teams at the heart of the EEF’s evidence-generation work, offering distinct but complementary opportunities.

One role sits in the Evaluation Team, a large, expert team responsible for commissioning and managing EEF’s major independent evaluations, including large-scale randomised controlled trials and quasi-experimental evaluations, and for supporting external research teams to deliver rigorous, high-quality studies across the portfolio.This will suit someone with a quantitative leaning with a strong understanding of trials and experimental design.

The second role sits in the Programme Development and Scale-up Team, a smaller, highly cross-functional team working at the earlier and later stages of the evidence pipeline. This team leads pilots, early-stage and scale-up evaluations, with a stronger focus on implementation and process evaluation, and on developing and testing innovative evaluation approaches to support effective scale-up.This will suit someone with a mixed methods background and a more qualitative skillset.

Both roles work closely together and across the organisation to ensure EEF’s evidence is rigorous, relevant, and has real impact in the system.

In these roles you will:

• Commission evaluations in our priority areas, including critically reviewing evaluation proposals to ensure proposed designs are high quality and cost-effective and that the most suitable external evaluators are matched with projects.​
• Manage a portfolio of evaluation projects once external evaluators are appointed and being the primary point of contact for evaluators.
• Liaise between the evaluator and the delivery team (that is delivering the intervention) and chairing meetings to ensure the evaluation project is set up effectively with a high-quality design (working closely with colleagues in EEF’s Programmes team).
• Work closely with the evaluator and delivery team to understand the practical issues involved in delivering evaluations, mitigating risks, and providing support when problems arise.
• Manage evaluation contracts and budgets, and monitoring delivery of evaluation plans.
• Conduct technical reviews of protocols, study plans, statistical analysis plans and evaluation reports.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure that published reports are of high quality and effectively communicate findings to an audience of practitioners, academics, policymakers and the general public.
• Draw on expertise from across EEF to shape and apply innovative evaluation approaches, working collaboratively to strengthen evaluation design, learning and the use of evidence.
• Develop, improve and monitor implementation of evaluation guidance and resources to clarify best practice and build the capacity of evaluators to conduct high quality research.

• A commitment to the aims of the EEF and a genuine interest in the education sector in England.
• An understanding of technical aspects of evaluation methodologies (implementation and process evaluations, randomised controlled trials, quasi-experimental designs, choice of outcome measurement, etc.) and an ability to identify high quality evaluation plans and reports.
