Who we are

Poor mental health can affect anyone — but men and boys are often less likely to talk about how they feel.

Many struggle in silence, not because they don’t care, but because they’ve never had a space where opening up feels safe, comfortable or understood.

MINDSET Charity is changing that.

We’re building a supportive environment where men and boys can express themselves confidently through engaging, action‑based activities that make reflection feel natural, not intimidating.

Our work empowers them to understand their mental health, take ownership of their wellbeing, and build the skills and tools to become the men they want to be.

Through motivational interviewing, self‑improvement practices, positive male role models and personal development techniques, we help men and boys strengthen their resilience, develop healthier mindsets and create positive futures.

Our volunteers are both men and women and again from a wide range of backgrounds reflecting the UK of today.
