About this key role

As a Specialist Caseworker, you will provide peer supervisory support to the team within the wider hospital-based services, which includes deputising for the Senior Caseworker when required, and support the Data Coordinator and Senior Caseworker with the collation of information and data for project monitoring purposes. You will develop and maintain an up-to-date and accurate resource of suitable onward referrals and develop and maintain strong relationships with both clinicians and hospital staff and with other services in the hospital, i.e. CAMHS, IDVA, COMPASS.

We are seeking applications for the position of Domestic Abuse Caseworker, dedicated to assisting women aged 18+ seeking support for Domestic Abuse.
As part of our work, we provide comprehensive support services for victims and survivors of Domestic Abuse (DA) in Hillingdon. Our Specialist DA service offers personalised one-to-one support through dedicated Caseworkers. These Caseworkers conduct assessments to establish risk and well-being levels using the DASH SafeLives checklist and Empowerment Star assessment. They collaborate with the service user to develop a personalised safety plan, offering critical safety advice, assistance with accessing accommodation, referrals for legal advice, and connections to other statutory agencies, including the local authority, police, MARAC team, and mental health services. The role of the Caseworker is to inform women of their rights and options, empowering them to make informed decisions. This includes providing practical advice, dispelling myths, developing action plans, and offering longer-term support post-separation. The successful candidate will also be required to support the delivery of our Pathways to Healing DA recovery programme.

About the role
The Senior Case Worker will work as part of the SPOT Navigator team based alongside the Southwark SPOT Street Outreach team. The aim is to support a known cohort of clients who are stuck within the cycles of homeless and ill-health and have not been able to sustain a stable life outside of this.
This will be achieved through strength-based assessment, using creative engagement techniques and co-producing action plans aimed at linking clients with services and community groups. Your work will improve health outcomes for clients and promote harm reduction by working alongside specialist partner agencies. You will be working with clients on the streets in an outreach capacity or in various types of accommodation.
In this role you will:
- Work in partnership with local authorities, accommodation services, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that clients transition away from the streets and into the appropriate accommodation with the correct support in place.
- Manage a caseload of clients experiencing multiple disadvantage who may not have stayed in stable accommodation for long periods of time.
- Have a great opportunity to assist people to change their lives meaningfully for the better.
In this non-shift role, you will work mainly within normal office hours Monday – Friday, however, on occasion you may be asked to work flexibly and conduct early or late shifts starting at 6am or ending at 3am. For this role staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

We are currently seeking a self-motivating and outgoing Case Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily work within HMP Brixton, providing essential support to men preparing for release and continuing to assist them as they reintegrate into the community across London. This role is central to our mission to empower those leaving prison and resettling in London to transform their lives through mentoring, advocacy, and peer support. This role will involve confidently mixing on the prison wing, to identify and recruit individuals (potential members) who would benefit from Change for Good’s services.
Change for Good Community Chaplaincy Limited (CfG), a registered charity since 2012, is a volunteer mentoring charity that works across London supporting prison-leavers before and after their release from prison and as they resettle in the community. We do this through our ‘through the gate’ work, volunteer mentoring, and liaising with many organisations and support groups across the criminal justice sector (see www.changeforgood.info).
We are looking for a Case Worker to join our small team at a very exciting time of growth for our charity. The last 4 years have seen Change for Good go from a mentoring project in HMP Wandsworth to an innovative resettlement charity serving 4 prisons, our Next Chapter peer support group and mentoring relationships across London.
Our office is based in Stockwell. The Case worker will be required to travel to locations across London each week.
The work will include:
● Being a source of information on what prison organisations/services are available to clients and volunteers

The role:
As a Young Adult Intervention Coach (YIC), you will be responsible for the assessment and implementation of tailored intervention coaching plans for each at risk young person on your caseload. You will work to achieve progression outcomes for each young person that includes reducing mental, physical, and emotional harm and supporting each young person transition to positive, thriving lifestyle both on a one-to-one basis, and in partnership with other individuals and agencies involved in the lives of each young person.
Your purpose is to identify, disrupt, challenge, and support young people to move out of harm and prevent further involvement in harmful activities. This will involve targeted street work, specialised one to one harm reduction and life skills coaching.
Alongside this you will work with intervention frontline colleagues in tertiary intervention such as knife and gun crime crisis situations as well as working with partner agencies.
Who they are looking for:
You will have robust frontline experience of working with young people, including experience in engaging, assessing, and delivering interventions designed to support young people to build personal resilience and move away from harm and violence. You will also possess sound risk assessment skills and safeguarding knowledge. A key component of the job role is case management and knowledge of good practice models, which will underpin their practice, is essential.
