Job description

Glass Door Homeless Charity is London’s largest open-access winter night shelter. This award-winning, independent charity provides shelter and support for those with nowhere else to turn.

This year, Glass Door shelters will be run from a fixed location. We are adapting our service due to the coronavirus pandemic, to make sure that everyone is safe and that we are COVID-secure.

You will work from 9.45pm until 7.15am. Working as part of a two-person team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of all guests stay in our shelters. Ensuring all project activities meet health and safety requirements will be central to your role as well as responding appropriately to any situations or emergencies that may occur. 

We are looking for confident and empathetic people to join our project team.  Come and be part of something special and help us to relieve poverty amongst street homeless people of West London.
