We're looking for an experienced PA to join our team to work with our Chief Mission Officer. You'll be organised with excellent administrative skills and a strong communicator.
The Chief Mission Officer is a member of our Executive Team, who report into the CEO. The Exec Team help shape and deliver organisational strategy ensuring alignment with our vision, values and mission. The PA to the CMO provides operational and administrative support across a wide range activities, which could include mission development, partnerships, training, resource development, digital innovation and strategic projects.

The role is home-based with travel as required. All full-time Urban Saints employees are required to attend two team residentials per year.

Salary: £50,285 per annum
Job Type: Fixed term maternity cover, approximately 15 months. Minimum 30 hours a week, up to full time (37.5 hours)
The role:
This role covers the current post-holder's maternity leave for an anticipated 15 months. As Financial Controller you will lead CSE's finance team, directing and overseeing the finance function in compliance with appropriate accounting standards and practices, company and charity law.
You will provide timely, accurate financial and management information to support strategic decision-making and effective budgetary control by our Senior Leadership Team, Trustees, project managers and other budget holders. You will line manage the Finance Manager and Finance Assistant and be a member of CSE's Senior Management Team.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will work alongside the wider Operations Team to provide operational support that underpins delivery of our charitable mission. This is a fast-paced role and we need someone who can get up to speed with minimal delay.

Job Summary
As our Corporate and Community Partnerships Fundraiser, you will build meaningful relationships with businesses, community organisations and local people across Bristol, generating sustainable income and long-term support through corporates, community fundraising and events.
You will secure long-term, mutually beneficial income from the corporate sector across a range of disciplines and formats, including long-term partnerships, Charity of the Year, cause-related marketing and sponsorship. You will develop and secure new partnerships with Bristol's businesses, while nurturing and account managing existing partnerships.
Alongside this, the Fundraiser will grow support within the local community by developing relationships with organisations such as clubs, schools and faith groups. You will also encourage individuals, groups and organisations to support Caring in Bristol through community fundraising initiatives and events.
The Corporate & Community Partnerships Fundraiser will be responsible for researching key prospective sectors, companies and organisations, sector activities and the business marketplace, to compile lists of key targets, as agreed with the Public Fundraising Manager. You will develop and manage an ongoing pipeline of prospects, that have a clearly defined target outcome and value.
