Job description

Back on Track is an independent charity and we run a learning centre in Manchester.  We work with people who experience disadvantage in our region and enable them to make positive changes that last.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and positive management team.  We are looking for an experienced, resilient and dynamic contract manager who has the ability to build strong relationships with existing and new partner organisations and across sectors. 

A large part of our work relates to the criminal justice sector and working with people experiencing multiple disadvantage. Ideally you would have experience relevant to this as well as contract management experience. 

Job purpose

To manage existing contracts and team members, and contribute to the overall running of organisation.

To develop new partnerships and opportunities in key sectors such as criminal justice, health, work and skills and build effective relationships within the business community

Main place of work:

Swan Buildings, Manchester. The post holder will also be expected to visit other venues in Greater Manchester.
