Job description

Flexible and remote working available.  We are seeking a high achieving, proactive Senior Philanthropy Officer to join our successful fundraising team for our much-loved and highly respected hospice.

As a key member of the fundraising team, you will be able to hit the deck running. You will have a proven ability to develop and secure income from trusts and foundations as well as provide support on our wider philanthropy and partnership development. You will be comfortable in building relationships with HNWIs, working together with the Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager and Fundraising and Communications Director. 

The primary focus of the role is to build our base of trusts and foundation donors, developing and increasing our pipeline of new prospects and donors and ensuring we receive ongoing support. You will have proven experience in trusts fundraising and be used to successful delivery of four and five-figure gifts.

Set in beautiful, landscaped gardens, Katharine House Hospice couldn’t keep making such a difference in our local community without experienced and dedicated staff and volunteers.
