Join our Community Fundraising Team and play an important part in stewarding some of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity’s most dedicated supporters. Line managing the Community Fundraising Assistant, you will effectively steward existing community and corporate supporters, identify new prospects and develop initiatives to engage our audiences.
No two days will ever be the same in this role: one day you might be visiting a golf club or meeting a supporter for a cheque presentation, the next you could be working to grow our ambassador programme, pitching to a corporate team, or finding a new way to engage our supporters. The Social Media and Digital Content Manager is central to shaping and delivering the Young Vic's social media and digital content strategies. As our Senior Digital Marketing Officer you will be responsible for boosting our income through online engagement, marketing and stewardship. The role includes responsibility for delivering paid advertising across various platforms (currently META, PPC, Reddit and TikTok) driving income through direct gifts, challenge event participation and other income generation activities.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Occupational Therapist (Sensory & Attachment) will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed occupational therapy assessment and intervention to families with a history of adoption, kinship care and long-term fostering. The postholder will bring advanced expertise in sensory processing/sensory integration and the impact of early adversity, attachment disruption and developmental trauma on regulation, participation and family life. The role will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) within PATH, contributing to formulation-led support, practical strategies and therapeutic approaches that strengthen safety, connection, and everyday functioning at home, school and in the community.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Provide specialist assessment and intervention where sensory processing differences interact with attachment needs, developmental trauma, neurodiversity and emotional/behavioural presentations.
·Co-produce practical, strengths-based support plans with parents/carers and, where appropriate, the child/young person; provide clear strategies that are realistic for family life.
·Deliver evidence-informed interventions (1:1 and group-based as appropriate) including sensory-based regulation strategies, activity adaptation, routine design, environmental modification and caregiver coaching.
·Integrate attachment- and trauma-informed principles (e.g., PACE/connection-based approaches) into OT recommendations, ensuring strategies support safety, relational connection and felt security.
·Contribute to MDT formulation and case discussions, offering an occupational therapy perspective on function, participation, sensory-motor development and regulation
·Prepare high-quality written outputs including assessment summaries, recommendations, letters and reports suitable for families and professionals; contribute to documentation required for commissioning/regulated service evidence as needed.

Role overview
Contract type: 3-Year Fixed-term 1 July 2026 until 30 June 2029
Hours: Full-time or part-time (35 hours per week Monday to Friday for full-time, minimum 28 hours for part-time). Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.
Salary: Starting at £27,011 FTE (pro rata), with potential step increases each year up to £30,400, plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, we try to give a separate inflationary increase every April
Location: Rainbow Migration’s step-free offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. The Role

Communications Assistant
- 15 hours per week at £15.00 an hour (Actual salary £11,700 - FTE £27,300)

The Communications Assistant will provide hands-on support to the Communications Manager in the ideation, creation and delivery of our regular external communications. This includes helping to grow our social media following, creating and scheduling content, sourcing and designing images, providing copywriting support, and responding to comments across our channels. The role will also involve drafting and scheduling newsletters and providing administrative support with our databases.
This is a 15‑hour‑per‑week role, with the potential to grow in the future. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can spread their hours across the week to support consistent content delivery, but we are open to discussing alternative working patterns for the right candidate.

Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.
The fundamentals of the role
Marketing and sales enablement
- Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
- Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
- Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
- Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.
Viewings organisation and coordination
- Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
- Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
- Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
- Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.
Go-to-market planning and execution
- Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
