Their recently established Events & Operations hub brings together donor-facing events and the operational systems and processes that underpin high-value fundraising, creating a cohesive function that supports outstanding supporter experiences and sustainable income growth.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Events & Operations Officer to play a key role within this function and deliver the experiences, systems and insight that support Greenpeace UK’s Major Donor, Trusts & Foundations and Legacy fundraising programmes.

This is far from a typical events role. Working closely with the Events & Operations Manager, you will lead on many of the team’s cultivation and stewardship events, creating opportunities for supporters to connect directly with Greenpeace’s mission and impact. You could be coordinating major donor networking events, organising behind-the-scenes briefings with campaigners, delivering legacy stewardship events, supporting unique supporter experiences, or helping to bring prospects together through creative events and workshops.

Alongside event delivery, you will play an equally important role in the operational side of the team. From CRM reporting and data management to process improvement and cross-organisational projects, you will help create the systems and infrastructure that enable fundraisers to spend more time building relationships and securing income.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, loves making complex projects run smoothly, and takes genuine satisfaction from both delivering exceptional experiences and improving the processes behind them. As Events & Operations Officer, you will:

• Lead the delivery of many of Greenpeace UK’s high-value cultivation and stewardship events, taking ownership of planning, logistics, supplier management and on-the-day delivery
• Support a diverse programme of donor events, including networking events, campaign briefings, webinars, roundtables and supporter experiences that bring donors closer to Greenpeace’s work
• Support the delivery of flagship events led by the Events & Operations Manager, helping to create exceptional experiences for major donors, legacy supporters and prospects
• Work across the Key Relationships team to ensure events are embedded within supporter journeys and contribute to engagement, stewardship and income growth
• Design and maintain CRM reports and dashboards, providing fundraisers with the insights they need to manage portfolios, track pipelines and forecast income
• Maintain accurate and compliant CRM records, supporting data integrity, GDPR compliance and effective reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements that help fundraisers spend more time building relationships and less time on administration
• Act as a key operational link with colleagues across Data & Insight, Finance and other teams, helping to improve systems, processes and ways of working
• Support team coordination, planning and cross-organisational projects while contributing to the continued development of the Events & Operations hub

Essential skills and experience:

• Proven success delivering high-value fundraising events, with responsibility for planning, logistics and execution
• Strong experience using CRM databases such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge or similar platforms for data entry, reporting, and record maintenance
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex logistics and meet deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and supporters
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to identify inefficiencies, improve processes and work effectively across teams

The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with partner organisations, supporting firms throughout their participation in the Suicide Prevention Action Lab (SPAL) programme, and ensuring they remain motivated, accountable, and on track to deliver their commitments.

We’re bringing together six representatives from financial services firms to explore ways to improve support for customers experiencing suicidality. The Partnerships Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the SPAL, working closely with participating firms to assist them in developing, testing, and implementing practical changes to help prevent suicidality. 

The Partnerships Officer will manage relationships with multiple firms simultaneously, each at a different stage in their journey to testing and embedding new and improved approaches to identifying and supporting customers experiencing or at risk of suicidality. Success in the role requires excellent organisation, persistence, and relationship management skills, alongside the ability to understand the challenges and competing demands faced by participating firms and to support them in maintaining momentum and delivering results.

As Programme Manager, you will 

• Manage delivery of the Career pathway programme for schools (CPPFS) courses, which help YP at risk of involvement in criminal activity to engage fully in education by addressing barriers to positive engagement through workshops and career- mentor support at Harris Academies in South London, with a view to reaching 150 students a year.
• Support and supervise the Project Coordinator to implement the project “From Tragedy to Legacy” to celebrate the legacy of Damilola Taylor while highlighting the impact the Trust has made in 25 years supporting young people in inner-city areas of London.
• Lead the Trust’s collaboration initiative with YouthBuild UK, a South London based charity that trains YP to be work ready in a variety of industries including construction, hospitality, customer care and IT to enhance impact of our Career Search and Skills Development (CSSD) programme.
• Design, develop and implement new programmes for delivery in-house or via third party delivery partners

The Operations Officer is a varied role that helps keep the charity’s different functions running smoothly. Working closely with a small team a typical day can be a combination of regular tasks involving prompt and careful handling of incoming communications by email, post and telephone call, responding to invoices or payment requests and preparation of letters, contracts or reports. Other tasks such as recruitment support, staff onboarding, events and travel planning are less routine but may be part of your day as and when they occur.

Team co-ordinating

· Manage calendars and appointments, scheduling team meetings, appointments and events.

· Co-ordinate travel plans including booking transport, accommodation and supporting visa application processes.

· Attend quarterly Board meetings, taking minutes.

· Assist in the preparation and distribution of Board materials.

· Track charity assets and equipment, liaising with outsourced IT support as necessary.

HR Support

· Lead on fulfilment of recruitment campaigns, organising the recruitment pack, placing job adverts, handling applications, arranging interviews and tests.

· Issue contracts, contract variations, ensure signed records and references are filed.

· Prepare the induction of new joiners including introductory meetings and issuing equipment.

· Storing safeguarding records.

· Administer the charity’s HR filing system on SharePoint and the online HR management system.

· Keeping the charity organogram and staff profiles up to date.

· Logistic support for leavers, arranging collection of equipment.

Fundraising

· Work with fundraising colleagues to ensure that incoming communication is routed appropriately or responded to.

· Update records in the charity’s CRM system.

· Print and post written appeal letters.

· Logistics support for fundraising events, charity attendance at conferences, award ceremonies and trade fares.

Finance

· Handle incoming invoices and payment requests, obtaining authorisation from budget holders.

· Manage staff prepayment cards, topping up funds, issuing new cards and cancelling leavers’ cards.

· Prepare a bi-weekly payment run for international payments.

· Support the SMT with expense claims.

· Update the charity’s finance systems and file financial documents in SharePoint.

· Prepare Gift Aid claims, including utilising the charity’s CRM function.

Administration

· Manage personal and shared email accounts.

· Monitor and route incoming post.

· Answer incoming telephone calls, arranging a rota basis with colleagues.

· Preparing and issuing contracts, letters, reports or similar for signatures, including by Docusign.

· Keep all information confidential and comply with data protection and ethics legislation, including being up to date with GDPR requirements.

Other

· Ad-hoc procurement of goods or services as and when required.

· Comply with the charity’s policies and procedures.

· Occasional travel to charity meetings or events is required. Travel outside of the UK is unlikely.

About the role

The Head of External Relations is a key senior leadership role at Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) responsible for overseeing effective fundraising and communications strategies to support the organisation's work protecting rainforests and the rights of Indigenous Peoples and local communities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for building RFUK’s external profile and support for its ambitious 2033 vision to scale up community-led protection of tropical forests. The position combines strategic communications, outreach, targeted campaigns, and media engagement to connect RFUK’s impactful programmes to its growing audience, supporters and funders.

Role Summary

The Regional Programme Lead is responsible for delivering The Girls’ Network’s suite of programmes in schools and colleges, including facilitating engaging and impactful workshops for girls aged 14–19 from disadvantaged backgrounds. The post-holder also leads on the recruitment, induction, training, matching, supervision and support of volunteers and will appropriately match mentors with young people. You will steer local partnerships and oversee programme administration to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our mission.

This role combines hands-on programme delivery with operational coordination, ensuring that The Girls’ Network’s regional programmes achieve their intended outcomes and contribute to national KPI achievement.

Essential:

The People Matter Trust is a Christian Charity based in Eastbourne helping job seekers reach their full potential.  The organisation gained the Queens Award for Voluntary Service in 2022 and is Matrix accredited.  The Board of Trustees are seeking to recruit a Director of Operations to take up a position that will become vacant due to retirement during the second half of 2026.  The post will be full time (35 hours per week).

This key senior management role is responsible for the operational delivery of services, in line with the Christian ethos and values of People Matter. Key responsibilities

IT & Systems

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our IT support partner, including monitoring support tickets, approving change requests, and escalating issues to the Head of Operations where required.

• Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT equipment in collaboration with our IT Support Partner

• Maintain our IT asset register; be responsible for ensuring all IT equipment is accounted for and organising its safe distribution.

• Support operational improvement projects, including process automation e.g., use of Microsoft Forms and Power Automate to streamline and automate internal workflows such as onboarding, approvals, and data collection.

Office Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all London office facility needs, liaising with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and cleaners to ensure the workspace remains safe, functional, and well maintained.

• Manage staff building access and oversee the use of UK Youth’s storage facility, ensuring secure and efficient use of space.

• Manage and maintain the room booking systems, ensuring availability, access, and efficient use of meeting spaces.

• Manage departmental shared inboxes, general phone lines and post, ensuring timely and helpful responses.

• Coordinate purchasing and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, ensuring value for money and timely delivery.

Health & Safety

• Act as the main contact for Health & Safety within our London office, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

• Coordinate H&S inductions and site orientations for all new starters and maintain risk assessments, compliance logs, and required documentation.

• Maintain UK Youth’s risk assessment log and review schedule

• Support the collection, tracking, and reporting of organisational H&S compliance data, contributing operational reporting.

• Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and internal process playbooks.

Team Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the People and Operations Team.

• Maintain departmental calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate agendas, papers, and minutes.

• Lead logistics for key organisation-wide events such as our quarterly Town Halls.

We are looking for an experienced, thoughtful Operations Lead to join our small,

purpose-led CIC. The Operations Lead is central to how Power & Integrity functions day-

to-day, supporting both the running of operations and the development of the systems

and processes that help us work more effectively as we grow. The postholder holds the

operational backbone of the organisation, providing trusted executive and

administrative support, coordinating our consultancy portfolio, supporting financial

processes, and strengthening the systems that allow our work to land reliably and on

time.

Working closely with the Co-Chairs, the Operations, Governance and Risk Committee,

our consultancy, impact and the finance function, the postholder combines hands-on

operational delivery with coordination across our consulting and wider engagements.

This is a varied, practical role suited to someone who enjoys constructing workflows,

anticipating needs, spotting risks early, and creating processes that allow others to do

their best work.

This is not a polished corporate operations role. We are a small organisation, still

evolving how we work, so this role would suit someone who enjoys building, shaping, and

improving systems over time, rather than stepping into something already fully formed.
