Aim of the role:

To identify appropriate move on routes for all customers and provide practical support and guidance to help customers move on positively from the service.

Salary:

£24,720.00  per annum

Contract: 

Permanent

Hours:

37.5 per week (morning and evening shifts) Monday - Friday

About the Role

This role requires you to support our customers in finding suitable move on accommodation from Fitze Millennium  Centre.

About You

As well as having experience of supporting vulnerable people to achieve independent living, you must have a clear understanding of why people become homeless, and the needs and challenges they face.

You will be required to take on a caseload of customers, with responsibility to promote a variety of move on options in a variety of methods to customers including one to one contact, work shop sessions or drop-ins.

You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team, and so will need to demonstrate a positive and inclusive approach. You must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
