The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to join our dynamic RCR Learning Team.

The Role
As LMS Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the daily operation of our LMS and associated content. You’ll:
- Oversee routine LMS operations including user management, course deployment, and system configuration.
- Publish and maintain our learning resources catalogue, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Monitor and analyse LMS usage data, producing reports and insights to improve user experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities for LMS and UX improvements, working with colleagues and external suppliers.
- Provide technical support and develop training materials for staff and learners.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new learners and contribute to marketing efforts by highlighting innovative content.
- You’ll work closely with Content Developers, Learning Designers, the Digital Learning Manager, and external partners to ensure our LMS is effective, user-friendly, and meets the needs of our members.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
In this role, you will support the Recruitment Specialist with reviewing and shortlisting applications, coordinating interviews through the ATS, and ensuring candidates have clear instructions and building access. You'll confirm attendance, track recruitment progress, and publish job adverts in line with branding and compliance standards. Additionally, you will oversee and manage all TUPE onboarding activities, including DBS and Right to Work checks, creating employee records in the HRIS, and verifying TUPE data accuracy. You'll also assist the HR Business Partner with meeting note-taking for TUPE matters, provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Recruitment & Onboarding Manager and wider HR team, and manage the addition of pool workers into Magnit Shift.

You should have experience conducting DBS and Right to Work checks, along with a solid understanding of applicant tracking systems. Additionally, you'll need strong IT capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and Word, and outstanding customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

This new role at Young Sounds UK will lead on securing grant income from and coordinating relationships with Trusts and Foundations. This will include identifying and researching funders, submitting compelling applications and completing timely and accurate reports.
You'll need to be comfortable with managing budgets, using CRMs, and demonstrating our impact through writing case studies that bring our work to life. You'll also need to have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and be organised, flexible and with a great attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who has at least three years experience of fundraising in a charity, especially if they’ve focused on fundraising from Trusts and Foundations, and who is looking for an opportunity to take the next step in their career.
