Unify Giving is growing — and we want to launch a merch page so people can support our mission through print-on-demand products. Every item sold will help fund our work: direct, safe, trackable giving to people experiencing homelessness and domestic violence.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around WordPress, WooCommerce and print-on-demand tools to help us make it happen.

What you’ll do

• Add and configure a merch/e-commerce page on our WordPress site.

• Integrate with a print-on-demand service (like Printful or Printify).

• Upload and format product listings, images and descriptions.

• Make sure the shop is smooth, simple and works for supporters.

• Advise on best practice for ongoing management.

Education Equity Content Strategist (EQOP)

Imagine creating a course that a student in a remote village can access on a simple smartphone, a course that opens their eyes to a future they never thought possible. Our Equal Opportunities Project (EQOP) has already reached over 10,000 students in rural India, and that’s where you come in.

In this role, you will:

• Research and design new, career-focused mini-courses on topics from financial literacy to social entrepreneurship.

• Write clear, engaging, and inspiring content specifically tailored for a youth audience and delivery via accessible tech like WhatsApp.

• Collaborate with our university partners to transform their expert knowledge into powerful, bite-sized learning experiences.

Your words will directly bridge the opportunity gap for thousands of students, providing them with the knowledge and confidence to pursue their dreams.

Support a startup promoting sustainability through battery recycling ♻️

ReviveBattery mitigate the early death of lead-acid batteries and regenerate them 2-3 times for up to 90% of their original capacity. In the process, they reduce 3.5 tons of Co2 emissions per battery. Battery recycling is an emission-intensive chemical process that causes environmental damage and harms people engaging with it. Their cutting-edge technology rejuvenates batteries without damaging them, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and avoiding the need for energy-intensive recycling.

We specialize in extending battery life, reducing waste, and minimizing the environmental impact of lead-acid batteries through our innovative regeneration technology. Based in the Netherlands, our mission is to support a global transition to circular energy systems. We welcome Erasmus+ and international student interns who are passionate about sustainability to join our mission-driven team.

Role Summary: As an HR Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment and talent management processes. You will be responsible for coordinating candidate outreach, managing recruitment pipelines, and assisting with onboarding activities. This provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in an international startup while building skills in recruitment, administration, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms. 
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

We're creating a place for people to look beyond their own borders and to learn and connect with the real lives and experiences of others everywhere. 

Our aim is to foster understanding and connection in an increasingly polarised world by sharing authentic stories, building empathy, and encouraging thoughtful dialogue. Part of our mission is to humanise global issues, making them more engaging and accessible - especially for young people who often feel disconnected from traditional news and politics.

Spero is entirely volunteer-run, so these positions are unpaid and remote. But in return, you’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, communications, research, teamwork, creative production, and problem solving all while helping us build something that matters.

• We are asking for a commitment of about 5-8 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months (but hopefully long-term if you enjoy our work)
• Our team meets on Mondays, 7:30–9:00 pm BST (attendance at most meetings is important, so make sure timing works if you’re international).
• Expected start date Monday 29th of September
• As a coordinator you will provide flexible support to your area of work as well as across the organisation. You will get the chance to take on an area or project with direct ownership and responsibilities.
