Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills so they can move into education, training and employment. Our ambition is to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
About the role
This is an exciting new role focused on developing, testing and embedding innovative and best-practice approaches to ending youth homelessness.
You’ll work across Centrepoint and with external partners to coordinate innovation activity, develop replicable service models, influence practice nationally, and ensure that learning is captured, evaluated and shared widely. A strong emphasis of the role is co-production, ensuring young people and frontline practitioners shape everything we do.
Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model
The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week in the office. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g. two days one week and three days the next). This will be adjusted accordingly for part-time or compressed hours contracts.

- Programme managing Centrepoint’s work to develop a replicable model to end youth homelessness across local authority areas
- Coordinating innovation activity across services and partner organisations to ensure consistency, oversight and learning
- Keeping abreast of best practice in youth homelessness in the UK and internationally
- Developing best-practice tools and resources for commissioners and practitioners
- Engaging and influencing local, regional and national partners to improve service delivery
- Supporting evaluation, learning and dissemination of innovation outcomes
- Ensuring meaningful co-production with young people and professionals with lived experience

- Experience delivering, commissioning or managing services within a housing, homelessness or social care context
- Strong understanding of the issues affecting young people at risk of homelessness
- Experience coordinating projects or programmes involving multiple stakeholders

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
The Web and Email Manager will lead our digital presence across web, email, SEO, and paid search, crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with 18-24 year olds and inspire them to take action.

You’ll sit within the Marketing department, report to the Head of Content, and line manage the Digital Marketing Executive. You’ll work closely with the Digital Fundraising Manager, Social Media Manager, Content Manager, and Marketing Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, implement and optimise innovative multi-channel digital strategies (across website, paid search, SEO, and email) that drive online visibility and performance.

Manage the implementation of these strategies across our main digital channels, making sure all user journeys are integrated, effective, and aligned with CoppaFeel!’s objectives.

Manage the relationship with our external web agency, and oversee the development and maintenance of the website and Self-Checkout tool, in collaboration with the Education team.

Lead on our Paid Search and SEO strategy, including managing the relationship with our media agency, making recommendations for keyword changes and improvements, and reporting on our rank positioning and strategies for improvement.

Lead on our website maintenance, with support of our external web agency, ensuring that the website is secure and remains live.

Manage the organisation’s digital marketing budget, ensuring this is appropriately applied

Line manage the Digital Marketing Executive, responsible for their development and impact.

Develop and deliver engaging email campaigns, including automated workflows and well-designed email templates, to drive audience engagement and conversion.

Create and optimise landing pages and new web content, informed by SEO research and best practices, to enhance visibility, user experience, and performance across digital channels.

Develop and deliver engaging acquisition campaigns to grow our audience.

Make sure web and email content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Produce rigorous monthly reporting of digital channels, identifying learnings and recommendations to implement to constantly evolve and optimise channels (including The Self-Checkout tool).

Lead on accessibility of the website and The Self-Checkout tool.

Act as the Marketing team’s lead for the CRM (Beacon), optimising how it connects with the website and email systems to enhance audience segmentation, personalisation, and campaign performance.

Work collaboratively with the Social Media Manager, Content Manager, Senior Events Manager and Marketing Manager to create a holistic marketing activity calendar.

Support on wider organisational projects to make digital activities as efficient as possible.

Stay informed of market leading innovations and AI to ensure our work is forward thinking.

Ensure rigorous reporting and analysis of digital activity to ensure delivery of planned KPIs, with an ambition to be constantly improving and evolving.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential

Minimum 3 years experience working in a marketing/brand communications role.

The Events team sit within the wider Insight & Strategic Development team at Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK). The purpose of the Insight and Strategic Development team is to deliver both long term and tactical insight that is grounded in a deep understanding of our audiences. We objectively influence evidence-based decision making, to drive forward organisational priorities for a cure. The Events team lead on the development and delivery of a wide range of events that stretch across the whole organisation. The key aims of the team are to ensure a consistent, professional, and highly engaging supporter experience whether through direct delivery or through consultation with teams looking to deliver events on their own.
The Events Administrator will work closely with the Senior Events Officer and wider Events Team to develop and deliver a first-class events programme for Alzheimer’s Research UK. The team comprises two Event Officers, two Senior Event Officers and one Senior Event Manager.
This role involves working alongside other team members on the planning and delivery of in-person, hybrid and online events, as well as providing administrative support and recording and reporting on events.
This role will be known internally as Events Executive*.
Key Responsibilities:
Events
· To work alongside colleagues on the delivery of their events, including co-ordinating key tasks such as mailings, documentation and building event registration portals within EventsAIR, our events management software.
· To manage and monitor the Events and Conference inboxes, communicating with colleagues and supporters, as well as event participants and stakeholders. Responding to RSVPs and queries surrounding events.
· To source venues and suppliers for events that ensure best value for the charity and to ensure good record keeping of these contacts.
· To produce high quality support materials required for events, such as leaflets and merchandise, liaising with designers and suppliers and monitor the use of these across the charity.
· To prepare event documentation, including briefs, risk assessments and where applicable seating plans and supporting documentation if required.
· To attend some events; this may include some travel and work outside of ordinary working hours.
Team administration
· To maintain the events calendars, liaising with different teams within the organisation to keep these accurate and up to date.
· To maintain the Events Team’s folders, files and useful documents such as templates and ‘how to guides’.
· To manage the team’s Intranet page making sure that the content is up to date.
· To manage the resources for events and review the materials on a regular basis to see if they are fit for purpose.
· To ensure accurate record keeping of events activity on the fundraising database.
· To use the database to monitor and report on events activity and to manage communications for events.

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

The HR Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality people management across the organisation in a standalone role. You will lead on the strategic use of data and insights, embedding best practice in data collection methods and gender-specific assessment tools, with a focus on the Women’s Risk Needs Assessment (WRNA) and the Gendered Wellbeing Assessment (GWA). You will deliver robust and meaningful operational and strategic reporting; regular and accessible management information to support effective service delivery; regular performance monitoring and reporting to commissioners and funders; and further develop the ways we demonstrate our impact and share stories of change.
You will lead operational delivery of our data systems, to ensure robust data governance, compliance and ongoing technical implementation and optimisation. This role is critical to embedding a culture of data-driven decision making, using insight to support high quality service delivery, and to drive long term systemic change through key research projects. You will work closely with our WRNA Project Manager and the wider Management team to embed learnings from the Effective Women’s Centres Partnership and support our ongoing contribution to University of Birmingham long term research into women’s experience of the criminal justice system, helping to shape the development of evidence-based policy and best practice across the Women’s sector in the UK.
You will work closely and line manage the Data and Impact Analyst to ensure robust training programmes are in place, to support our staff teams to effectively and efficiently utilise our data tools and systems, and to embed data management best practice. You will also work together to embed our involvement and lived experience strategy, ensuring women’s voices and insight are at the heart of our service delivery models.
The role will also provide leadership on data protection and organisational Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsibilities, and will work closely with our Information Governance Lead.
Key accountabilities
Data Systems Oversight and Leadership:
- Work with EWC partners, The JABBS Foundation and University of Birmingham to support the final design phases of a specialist, bespoke case management system (CMS), to ensure it meets the needs of Together Women, and our sister organisations within the Effective Women’s Centres Partnership.
- Roll out the implementation and adoption of the new CMS, to include data migration, staff training programmes, and new reporting suites and dashboards.
- Provide strategic CMS oversight to ensure the system continues to meet organisational needs and lead planning for CMS development projects including upgrades, integrations and enhancements.
- Monitor and assess future CMS system needs, scoping and identifying development areas.
- Contribute to budget planning, including CMS ongoing costs and development projects, and ensuring activities are delivered within agreed resources.
- Work closely with Senior Management and wider Management team on future projects relating to updates or changes to the CMS system.
Data Leadership and Governance:
- Develop a Data and Impact Strategy to align with organisational priorities.
- Lead on data governance and UK GDPR compliance, including data governance policies, DPIAs, information sharing agreements, SARs, and ongoing breach and information security risk management.
- Support the implementation and ongoing review of data policies, ROPA documentation, data security protocols, and internal staff training.
- Provide assurance to the Senior Management team on data compliance, reporting risks and mitigating actions.
- Ensure staff understand their data responsibilities, build data capability and a strong data protection culture through training, guidance and fostering data confidence and accountability.
Insights, Analysis and Performance:
- Lead the provision of insights, analysis, and performance reporting, and embed a culture of insight-led decision making across the charity.
- Support the ongoing development of our involvement and lived experience insight workstream, and further establish our ability to co-design and co-produce our service offer.
- Evidence our impact and performance within contractual monitoring reports, and contribute to future funding bids and tenders to secure commissioning arrangements.
