About the role

This new role is to support the growth of Marine Society apprenticeship and adult skills provision. The postholder will work with the Apprenticeship Operations Manager to deliver high quality apprenticeship programmes through providing coordination, monitoring, compliance and support for all learners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Apprenticeship Operations Manager to coordinate delivery of all apprenticeship and adult skills programmes ensuring learners achieve maximum progression and achievement.
• Monitor apprentices’ progress, off the job training and attendance and provided individual support to overcome issues and barriers to learning.
• Implement the new learner management system to provide accurate data and improve visibility of apprenticeship performance. Assist the Lead Maritime Trainer with developing the Google Classroom online portfolio and electronic training record books.
• Assist the Lead Maritime Trainer to prepare for and record online teaching sessions and apprentice progress reviews.
• Plan a programme of personal development and enrichment opportunities for apprentices. Work with external agencies such as the Association of Apprentices to access benefits for apprentices.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities reasonably requested by management as may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a college or training provider within a curriculum or learner support role
• Experience using VLE/LMS systems within apprenticeship training programmes
• Experience of planning work-based learning programmes within a team
• Good knowledge of levy-funded apprenticeship programmes and associated funding rules

Prostate Cancer Research is seeking a skilled, relationship driven and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to support the growth of our groundbreaking data initiative, Prostate Progress. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the point where healthcare innovation, research, data, and commercial partnerships meet. Playing a pivotal part in ensuring that industry partners receive exceptional service, clear communication, and the highest standards of delivery.

As the day-to-day lead for commissioned studies, you will own and develop a portfolio of relationships across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, MedTech and research organisations. Key Responsibilities

Client and partnership management

•  Serve as the primary point of contact for PCR’s partners commissioning data-related activities, coordinating structured communication through kick‑off meetings, milestone reviews, and issue‑resolution processes.

JOB PURPOSE

This is a pivotal role within The Passage’s Fundraising Team, created to help support the transformation of our supporter data systems and ensure we become a more data informed, insight driven organisation and fundraising team. You will be the main contact for the fundraising CRM working with the fundraising team and other teams within The Passage such as finance and IT to ensure the smooth running of all systems and processes.

As the dedicated data and CRM Manager for Fundraising and Communications, you will support colleagues with reporting, analysis, campaign set-up and selections, and data strategy. Your work will ensure our data is accurate, accessible, and GDPR-compliant, enabling smarter decision-making, improved supporter journeys, and to help grow income. You will also be working with the Marketing and Communications team to implement email soft opt-in for our supporters. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we use data to engage, retain, and grow our supporter base at a time of exciting change. 

MAIN DUTIES 

1. Fundraising CRM Project Leadership 

• Manage and maintain the current Salesforce system, ensuring it remains functional, accurate, and fit for the purposes of stewarding donors and maintaining accurate records of donations 

• Act as the day-to-day lead for the CRM system within the Fundraising and Communications team, ensuring it meets team needs and supports strategic goals. 

• Document workflows, integrations and processes to ensure the long-term sustainability and usability of the system for vital processes such as donation processing and gift aid 

• Work with IT and the fundraising team to evaluate onboard 3rd party platforms to support fundraising initiatives. Ensure any changes are approved with senior stakeholders and documented.

• Be a custodian of GDPR within the Fundraising team and be the main point of contact with The Passage’s Data protection lead and ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current fundraising regulations. 

2.CRM and Data Management 

• Work collaboratively with the IT team and procurement team as the fundraising representative to recommend improvements to the current CRM and any other related projects. 

• Maintain and improve the quality of supporter data through regular cleansing, deduplication, and tagging to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance. 

• Ensure ongoing system performance and data integrity by embedding data hygiene routines and best practices. 

• Work with the Finance team to support integration between the CRM and finance systems for seamless donation and income reporting. 

• Working with data flows and setting up integrations, ensuring the system runs smoothly on an ongoing basis, making updates, troubleshooting issues whilst maintaining data consistency. 

• Work on system migrations and leading on maintaining proper process structures and documentation during those transitions. Keep track of installed packages, security keys, and their passwords and related administrative processes. 

• Be responsible for all data imports from our 3rd party platforms, ensure that data is uploaded in line with regular upload schedule in an accurate manner. 

• Work with the Marketing and Communications team to help implement soft opt-in 

• Manage one database volunteer to complete database tasks. 

3. Data Selections, Segmentation and Campaign Support 

• Collaborate with the Fundraising team to perform targeted data selections for appeals, newsletters, stewardship journeys, and events. 

• Develop and maintain segmentation structures and logic to support personalised supporter journeys and strategic targeting. 

• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to provide campaign-ready data for fundraising, advocacy, and engagement activities. 

4. Reporting and Insight 

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real time insight into fundraising performance, donor behaviour and campaign results. 

• Create and deliver regular and ad hoc fundraising analysis to inform strategic decisions and performance tracking. 

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve donor retention, upgrade journeys and lifetime value through data driven insight. 

5. Cyber Security 

• Work closely with the IT team to manage security/GDPR of the Fundraising crm 

• Develop knowledge in this area and undertake training as required. 

6. Other Duties: 

• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Fundraising and Communications team. 

• Support and attend fundraising events as required. 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Who you are:

As a fundraising generalist, you will be well organised, provide strong administrative support, give excellent supporter care, write strong copy and be able to coordinate content creation.

Ideally you will have fundraising experience across a variety of relevant income streams, although we are interested to hear from candidates who have relevant transferable skills.

You will be able to ensure good collaboration between the Development Department and other teams, such as Communications and Operations, to make sure we maximise our fundraising activity.

The role:

You’ll be working alongside a Digital Fundraising Lead, Philanthropy Lead, Head of Development and wider team of friendly communicators, campaigners and change-makers. Home-based, you will enjoy collaborating, as well as being able to work independently. As a self-starter, you enjoy seeing projects through from start to end and get a buzz from the fast-paced and varied charity fundraising environment.

You’ll join us in maximising the value of Engaging Networks, a digital communications and campaigning platform, alongside our new fundraising CRM, Beacon. Experience with these specific platforms, or experience of utilising other CRMs for fundraising success, is desirable.

Primary duties:

• You will be responsible for continuing to grow our legacy programme, implementing the strategy developed by the Head of Development. This will include drafting copy and working with a designer to create evergreen legacy content, creating and maintaining content for our website, coordinating and drafting legacy communications and campaigns, managing legacy enquiries, thanking and stewarding legacy pledgers, and managing the legacy pipeline in Beacon.

• You will support our community fundraising strategy. This will mean making sure we have the tools and information for supporters to fundraise for us, whether that be in memory of a loved one, delivering their own fundraising initiatives in aid of The Humane League UK, or through peer-to-peer fundraising. This will include responding to enquiries, thanking and stewarding community fundraisers, coordinating a small amount of external-facing content, creating evergreen content, such as a toolkit that fundraisers can use, creating and updating content for the website, and responding to opportunities that arise, which could include community speaking opportunities, or stalls at events.

• You will support our corporate fundraising offering, ensuring we have the tools and information for businesses to support THL UK in a variety of ways. This will include responding to enquiries, thanking and responding to corporate donors and fundraisers, taking advantage of opportunities, promoting initiatives such as payroll giving, coordinating the creation of evergreen corporate fundraising content, such as a fundraising toolkit for businesses, and creating and updating content for the website.

• You will support our Operations Team, who respond to fundraising email enquiries, and the Development Team, as well as the wider organisation, by coordinating and maintaining FAQs of the most common fundraising queries we receive. This will help consolidate this information in one place, making sure we are consistent, streamlined and efficient in our responses. You will also work with our digital team to find a way to make sure information is accessible to supporters to minimise incoming queries wherever possible.

• You will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, reporting and responding to any fundraising complaints we receive, including escalating these where necessary.

• You will complete due diligence on donors and donations where required. This will include desktop research, completing relevant forms and information in Beacon, and making sure relevant approvals are obtained before accepting donations or approaching new donors or funders.

• You will coordinate essential thanking activities for key donors and supporters. This will include coordinating the design and printing of thanking cards, and other relevant stewardship materials or merchandise, to be utilised by those across the organisation, including to support our volunteers. You will also coordinate thanking campaigns (e.g. thanking monthly donors and major donors), which will involve collating recipient lists, getting cards designed and printed, and coordinating staff and trustees to sign and send.

• You will provide vital administrative support for events, including our annual presence at conferences such as EA Global in London, as well as our own annual supporter event. This could include collating guest lists, staff registration, coordinating invitations and RSVP’s, managing room bookings, hotels and catering, coordinating staff and trustees, and completing risk assessments.

• You will produce clear, accurate and engaging written communications, and coordinate the creation of content. This could mean drafting content for the website, drafting emails, building emails in Engaging Networks, or supporting our Digital Fundraising Lead with developing evergreen content to support our digital fundraising initiatives.

• You will support our Digital Fundraising Lead to make sure our growing pool of monthly donors are thanked and stewarded appropriately, including utilising Beacon, automations and supporter journeys to make the most efficient use of our time.

• You will support our Digital Fundraising Lead to deliver our digital fundraising strategy, by executing relevant aspects, which could include supporting specific campaigns, or building and maintaining fundraising related automations.

• You will help us deliver effective fundraising training and induction materials, such as for new staff and trustee orientations. This could also include coordinating additional training materials, how-to-guides and supporting materials, that are essential in maintaining relevant fundraising knowledge at THL UK.

In addition:

• Utilise our CRM: adding and updating supporter data, generating relevant reports, and analysing and evaluating data to inform campaigns and activities as required.

• Working with Communications and the Digital Fundraising Lead to deliver activities for our donor recruitment and retention.

• Work with the wider Development Team to input into our Development Strategy, as directed by the Head of Development, offering ideas and suggestions to help deliver the strategy and grow income across various income streams.

• Liaise with and coordinate support from third-parties / external consultants where necessary, such as providing support for specific campaigns or projects, and / or providing fundraising materials.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Healthcare Manager to lead our Digital Health Programme and help shape the future of digital paediatrics across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering the College’s digital strategy, supporting paediatricians to navigate a rapidly evolving digital healthcare landscape, and ensuring children and young people benefit from safe, effective and equitable digital health solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Research and Evidence, you will lead the development and delivery of the RCPCH Digital Health Programme, working closely with senior clinicians, including the Vice President for Science and Research and the Officer for Digital Paediatrics. You will combine project management expertise, research skills and knowledge of digital healthcare to drive initiatives that support the paediatric workforce and influence national digital health policy.

About the role

The Head of Income Generation is a new and important leadership role within Stonewall Housing, created to grow and diversify our voluntary income and support the next stage of our development as a nationwide LGBTQ+ housing and homelessness charity.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will lead the development and delivery of ambitious income generation plans, with a particular focus on significantly growing income from corporate giving and partnerships.

You will build on Stonewall Housing’s existing corporate relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities across the UK. This will include strategic and commercial partnerships, Charity of the Year relationships, corporate donations, corporate foundations, employee fundraising, sponsorship, cause-related marketing and other opportunities for businesses and their employees to support our work.

You will develop compelling partnership propositions, lead applications and pitches, build relationships with senior decision-makers and create opportunities that deliver sustainable income alongside wider value for Stonewall Housing and the LGBTQ+ communities we support.

Alongside your focus on corporate income, you will work across Stonewall Housing’s wider fundraising portfolio, contributing to the development and growth of individual giving, major donor fundraising, community fundraising and other voluntary income streams. We are the UK's first Black and Ethnic Minoritised (BEM)-led impact investment wholesaler, dedicated to catalysing opportunities for Black and Ethnically Minoritised communities across the UK. Purpose of the Role

The Executive Assistant & Governance Officer is a critical role ensuring the seamless operation of the Pathway Fund's leadership and governance structures. This role provides dedicated, high-level support directly to the CEO, the Board of Directors, and logistical support for the Social Investment Committee (SIC). Crucially, this position acts as the CEO's operational anchor, tracking team deliverables and managing external-facing events and communications assets to ensure the organisation operates efficiently, professionally, and at pace.

This is a highly focused role that requires judgment, discretion, and the confidence to manage senior stakeholders, prioritise competing demands, and keep the organisation's leadership moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support to the CEO

• Provide proactive, high-quality EA support to the CEO, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
• Manage the CEO’s inbox, triaging communications, acting as the first point of contact, and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare comprehensive briefings, presentations, daily itineraries, and follow-up actions for the CEO ahead of senior meetings.
• Act as a gatekeeper, anticipating the CEO's needs and protecting their time to focus on strategy and partnerships.

2. CEO's Team Delivery & Tracking

• Manage the weekly team meeting cycle and associated papers on behalf of the CEO.

3. Governance Support: Board & SIC

• Provide full administrative and governance support to the Board of Directors.

• Schedule Board and SIC meetings, ensuring maximum attendance from senior stakeholders.
• Prepare, collate, and distribute high-quality agenda packs and papers for the Board in a timely manner.
• Attend Board meetings to take accurate, professional minutes and capture critical action points.

4. External Events & Project Coordination

• Organise and manage logistics for high-level external conferences, meetings, and events involving external partners, the Board, and the SIC.
• Lead the coordination of the annual Board away day.
• Support the logistical delivery of specific programme events, including Dormant Assets (DA) programme wave support and events.
• Work closely with the Programme Manager to ensure the smooth operational delivery of programme-related administrative tasks.
• Organise and manage (Fund Manager Initiative) FMI events for investment managers.

5. Communications & Asset Management

• Keep the Pathway Fund's external communication mediums and digital assets up to date.
• Maintain and update the Pathway Fund website, working with colleagues to publish agreed content.

6. General

• Handle sensitive and confidential information regarding the CEO, Board, and SIC with absolute integrity.

  Role Overview

The Governance Administration Officer will be an integral member of the Trust’s Governance and Administration Team, supporting the Governance & Compliance Manager to ensure the effective and efficient administration of governance and compliance activities of the Trust as well as providing administration support to the wider team alongside other administration staff.

Primary Responsibilities

 Governance

1. Provide administrative support to enable effective management of The Road Safety Trust’s Governance and Compliance activities.

2. Support co-ordination of RST Board and Committees. This may include timely preparing meeting packs, taking minutes, following up actions and organising logistics for virtual and physical meetings.

3. Maintain accurate Governance and Compliance registers e.g. conflicts of interest, skills matrices, Terms of Office records and end of year governance documents, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.

4. To ensure documentation in relation to RST Trustees is maintained appropriately.

5. Support Trustee recruitment and induction, coordinate Trustee training, and regulatory reporting.

6. Co-ordinate and monitor Policies and Procedures reviews and maintain the Policies register.

7. Provide support for the internal audit programme, coordinating audit meetings, compiling  documentation and assisting with actions and reports.

8. Support risk management information, including risk registers other compliance activities.

A personal interest in current affairs and the news industry is a must, but there is no need for a degree or qualification in this area. You will have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to get things done, and you will enjoy working with a range of colleagues and stakeholders.

You’ll also have excellent written skills and superb project management skills.
