Are you a marketing professional who understands data-driven decision making?
We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy Analyst to analyse data to measure our campaign performance, audience engagement and return on investment across our marketing and communications activity, and deliver actionable, tangible insights.
What does this role do?
As a Marketing Strategy Analyst, you will:
- lead the design, creation, and ongoing maintenance of a measurement framework for all Marketing and Communications activity, defining KPIs across these metrics, working closely with teams across the division to align on objectives and outcomes,
- manage and optimise the ingestion of multi-channel data feeds into the central data platform, ensuring accurate integration, cleansing, and alignment of data from multiple sources to enable reliable reporting and recommendations,
- from this data, identify trends, patterns, and insights, which translate into actionable insights and recommendations for the rest of the team based on your findings,
- deliver econometric modelling to understand the impact of different marketing activities on brand awareness, using statistical methods to measure and quantify impact.
Initial screening calls for this role will take place on week commencing 7th September 2026, followed by panel interviews the next week.

Our ideal Marketing Strategy Analyst has data and marketing experience in equal measure. On one hand, this means strong data handling skills and experience of creating automated dashboards, with the ability to build accessible, user-friendly tools using data from various channels. Meanwhile, they’ll need experience of defining marketing KPIs (such as brand health, campaign exposure, and trends), understanding performance drivers across channels, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. They’ll partner with colleagues across the division to understand their data and share recommendations, so excellent communication and presentation skills are key.

Salary: circa £50,000
Location: London (Hybrid - typically one day per week in the office)

We are partnering with a well-established university seeking an ambitious and analytical FP&A Analyst to join a collaborative finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial planning, forecasting and modelling with meaningful business partnering. Working closely with the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in supporting budgeting cycles, developing financial insight and helping stakeholders make informed decisions that drive organisational performance.
The role offers significant autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence strategic planning and decision-making across the organisation.
What you will be doing
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making
- Producing insightful analysis, management information and reporting
- Building effective relationships with budget holders and non-finance stakeholders
- Providing business partnering support across multiple functions
- Undertaking scenario modelling and financial analysis
- Supporting monthly reporting and performance reviews
- Contributing to continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes
- Helping deliver strategic projects through data-driven analysis and insight
What we're looking for
We are keen to speak with professionals who can demonstrate:
- Experience within FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management accounting or financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse, model and present complex financial information
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Commercial awareness and sound finance knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Confidence to build relationships, influence and positively challenge stakeholders where required
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines during budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across an organisation
- Experience using budgeting, planning or finance systems would be advantageous

We’re looking for a highly skilled individual who will help build on our relationships and networks across Westminster, to deliver ambitious political leadership on a range of issues. The post holder will be responsible for leading advocacy interventions and providing political support to our policy experts, with a focus on Transport and Resources policy.
As a senior political adviser within the politics team, you will also be involved with, and lead on, major projects or themes of work across the political leadership theme (including the All Party Parliamentary Group on the Environment (APPG), which Green Alliance holds the secretariat for), managing and developing key external relationships and supporting the Director of politics as they lead the politics team.
You will need to be an exceptional communicator, adept at bringing people together around a shared vision and have the interpersonal skills to inspire and work across Green Alliance and liaise with our extensive network of partners.
You will be a highly organised, capable multi-tasker with experience managing projects and able to think on your feet, while managing multiple relationships and advocating plans concurrently.
The role entails identifying and leading on opportunities for the UK government to achieve environmental progress and implementing advocacy strategies to secure it. You will have direct access to senior policy makers and environmental leaders, so will need to articulate recommendations succinctly and persuasively.
The role requires excellent understanding of UK political processes (especially in Westminster, parliament and Whitehall) and experience of using it to influence policy effectively. Experience of operating within the system or of working directly with politicians and the media to achieve policy change would be a distinct advantage.
