Job description

The Bumblebee Conservation Trust is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Senior Digital Learning Officer to shape engaging, accessible learning experiences for our staff, volunteers, BeeWalkers, schools and project teams.

Bumblebees are vital pollinators, supporting wildflowers, biodiversity and the food we eat, but their populations are in decline. Our vision is a world where bumblebees are thriving and valued by everyone, and our mission is to lead the fight to secure their future. In this role, you will help turn our knowledge and expertise into practical learning that enables people across the UK to understand bumblebees and take meaningful action for them.

You will join a passionate, creative and collaborative organisation, working with specialists from across the Trust to make complex information clear, useful and inspiring. You will have the opportunity to develop established learning platforms and programmes, while bringing forward new ideas that improve our reach and impact.

For further information on this role, please visit our website vacancy page and download our application pack. You do not need to come from the conservation sector. We welcome applicants with relevant experience from education, training, instructional design, charities, public services, commercial learning or other settings. What matters is your ability to create excellent digital learning, work collaboratively and share our commitment to helping people and nature thrive.

The Trust offers flexible working, a culture that supports a healthy work-life balance, generous annual leave, a 7% employer pension contribution, wellbeing support, a personal training allowance and home-working equipment.
