The Email Marketing Officer role is key to our supporter communications. You will work across teams to deliver our email programme, building high-quality, personalised campaigns and engaging content using your copywriting skills. What you'll be working on:
- You'll support the team with the end-to-end delivery of marketing, stewardship, transactional and automated email campaigns.
- You'll create engaging content and brand-aligned creative assets, using strong copywriting and data insights.
- You'll act as a champion for email best practices, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- You'll continuously develop and improve personalised user journeys to boost supporter engagement.
- You'll analyse email effectiveness using analytics (CRM, Google Analytics) and manage the email testing plan.

About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to draft professional documents and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. · Provide high-quality administrative support to the Fundraising and Marketing Director and wider team, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and general team logistics.
· Help develop and deliver fundraising materials across direct marketing and digital channels, gather content, and ensure assets are approved and shared with key stakeholders.
· Maintain and update fundraising budgets, process invoices, and support post-appeal reviews with external suppliers and partners.

Purpose of the role:
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Officer to join Kinship’s Marketing Team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help deliver integrated marketing campaigns and content that engages kinship carers, referral partners, and wider audiences across England and Wales.

What you'll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, audience-focused content across digital and offline channels, supporting social media and email marketing, managing marketing collateral, and ensuring all communications reflect Kinship’s brand and values. Key responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of cross-channel marketing and communications campaigns and activity, specifically including tactical plans to promote Kinship’s DfE funded training and support service as well as promoting Kinship’s holistic support offer including peer support and online advice.

Plan and create clear, engaging, high-quality and audience-focused content – both written and multimedia (graphics, video, audio) using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express for a variety of channels - including website, social media, newsletters etc.

Take the lead on day-to-day community engagement with followers across all social channels (paid and organic) using in-house guide to help direct to support where relevant and flagging issues of concern as appropriate.

Cardiomyopathy UK is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting people affected by cardiomyopathy – a disease of the heart muscle. The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of Fundraising and Marketing to lead the development and delivery of our fundraising and marketing strategy. Reporting to the CEO, the postholder will have overall responsibility for driving income growth, diversifying funding streams, and strengthening our brand and reach.
This role will manage a small team, responsible for individual giving, community and events fundraising, grant, legacy and trust income, and marketing. DIRECTORATE PURPOSE
The Fundraising, Marketing and Communications directorate is responsible for:
• Income generation across trusts and foundations, corporates, major donors, community fundraising, public donations, and legacies, alongside relationships with commissioners and public sector funders.

Within this role, you will manage and deliver Battersea’s Lottery & Lead Generation programme, maximising income and achieving budgeted targets and KPIs. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of three to deliver the programme effectively and professionally. ROLE SUMMARY
This role will be pivotal in devising, executing, and evaluating impactful marketing and communication strategies that resonate with key audiences and advance upReach's mission of transforming social mobility in the UK. The successful candidate will split their time between PR and external affairs (50%) and marketing campaign development and delivery (50%), with flexibility to adjust based on organisational priorities.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, and closely collaborating with the Junior Marketing and Communications Manager on specific projects, focussed on increasing press coverage, creating compelling marketing materials, and delivering impactful campaigns. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure all communications align with upReach’s brand, with the ultimate aim of championing upReach's mission to transform social mobility in the UK. You will also support upReach in fulfilling our 2024-27 strategic objectives.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
PR, External Affairs & Policy:

PR Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of a PR strategy to raise awareness of upReach and the cause of social mobility, secure new partners/funders, and attract student applicants.

Media Content: Create press releases, opinion pieces, blogs and research that reflect the charity’s policy positions on key social mobility issues, and keep upReach website up to date with the latest coverage and articles.

Impact Monitoring: Track and quality score incoming press coverage to analyse performance and adjust strategies based on incoming insights, pro-actively securing additional backlinks.

External Stakeholder Management: Help respond to incoming media inquiries, ensuring timely responses and distribution of materials. Cultivate relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, other social mobility organisations, and other key stakeholders to expand upReach’s visibility, updating the CRM and journalist database accordingly.

Media, Policy and Research Monitoring: Track and respond to relevant social mobility and education-related policy changes in the UK, ensuring upReach has an active voice in these discussions where appropriate and disseminating key updates to the wider team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone who is passionate about social mobility and believe that background should not be a barrier to graduate employment.
To be successful, you would ideally have experience in marketing and communications, particularly in executing PR and policy strategies, facilitating media relations and/or running successful communications campaigns. While not required, experience within a charity, social impact or education-focused organisation would also be highly beneficial for this role.

About the role
Individual giving is a fantastic, high performing team, generating over £20 million fundraised income per year. Your role will help to plan and develop fundraising strategy, budget management, as well as being responsible for delivering campaigns of significant scale and generating income both now and for the future.
If successful you will be responsible for reaching out to thousands of people across the UK to find new committed supporters, as well as growing long-term engagement with existing supporters through retention communications.

Marketing Manager
Contract: Fixed Term,12 months

About You and the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of the organisation’s marketing work spanning advertising, social media, print, content creation, data capture and intelligence gathering, evaluation and reporting.
Working closely with the Head of Digital and Communications and the Design and Communications Officer, this role is instrumental in the delivery of marketing and communications strategies, and plays a role in nurturing relationships with stakeholders, including partners, artists and audiences.
The role will also be responsible for sharing intelligence and ideas to support colleagues across the organisation in identifying/developing new digital strategies to positively impact upon Modern Art Oxford’s reach, engagement, brand and profile.
Principal Responsibilities
- To work closely with the Head of Digital and Communications and in consultation with the wider team, to plan, develop, manage and deliver Modern Art Oxford’s marketing and communications strategies spanning advertising, print, content production and campaign-specific.
- Develop and manage Modern Art Oxford’s digital marketing work, with assistance from the Design and Communications Officer, including content production for social media, email marketing and website platforms.
- To manage ticketing for our public programme events using Eventbrite.
- To promote and communicate Modern Art Oxford’s artistic programme, spanning exhibitions, projects and learning work, to a diverse and broad range of audiences and stakeholders to support the organisation’s targets for visitor figures and online engagement and reach, whilst consistently protecting and building its brand and profile.
- To lead in promoting Modern Art Oxford’s commercial offer to a broad range of audiences, including our artist-designed café, our shop and our hires offer.
- To manage multiple programmes of work including content management, scheduling, project delivery and evaluation to ensure Modern Art Oxford’s communications work is delivered in an effective and timely manner.
- To gather and share intelligence to identify new and impactful methods to grow Modern Art Oxford’s communications activities in line with the organisation’s mission and business plan.
- Write effective and accurate copy for a variety of different audiences and channels.
- Lead internal content production processes to ensure high quality and accurate campaigns are produced on time and within budget.
- Support the Head of Digital and Communications in the delivery of campaign-specific projects such as fundraising activities and strategic partnerships.
- Support the Head of Digital and Communications in delivering reports for various stakeholders, including funders and the board, by the management of regular data collection processes.
General
- Liaise with external service providers and ensure high quality relationships are maintained with stakeholders such as artists, VIPs, supporters, and suppliers.
- Deploy a range of systems/technologies/approaches relevant to marketing to support colleagues in representing Modern Art Oxford appropriately and effectively.
- Recruit and line manage temporary interns and volunteer placements.
- Work with the Head of Digital and Communications and senior management colleagues to contribute personal expertise to strategic planning and report writing.
- Support the wider work of the Digital and Communications team by attending internal events where appropriate.
- Accurately manage devolved budgets, reporting regularly to the Head of Digital and Communications.
Person Specification
Essential
- A minimum of four years experience of working in a digital marketing or communications role within an arts or comparable organisation.
- Demonstrable experience of content creation and distribution across a wide range of digital platforms.
- Experience of creating printed media, including liaising with designers, printers, distributors and ad providers.
- Experience of working across multiple strands of communications work including campaigns, print, ads, social media, website management and email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics platforms such as social media and Google Analytics and AdWords.
- Experience of working professionally on paid social media campaigns.
- Experience of design packages, such as InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva, and content editing platforms, such as Premier Pro or CapCut.
- Excellent written, editing and verbal communication skills. Rigorous attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills both on the phone, in person and via email
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills. Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, complex and fast-moving environments.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills: the ability to schedule, prioritise, budget, deliver and evaluate packages of work.
- Experience of managing expenditure budgets and an understanding of financial compliance.
- Ability to work positively and proactively with a broad range of individuals, organisations and audiences.
- A strong affinity with the values and mission of Modern Art Oxford.

- Knowledge and interest in contemporary arts and visual culture.
- Understanding of the UK charitable/publicly funded arts sector.
