Responsibilities of our Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer:
The successful candidate will assist in the development of new, long-term corporate partnerships, supporting the implementation of the corporate partnerships fundraising plan and increasing sustainable net income for Cats Protection.

The role
The Project Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our Council funded Adult Bereavement Service in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.This service aims to provide accessible, empathetic and effective support for adults affected by bereavement, particularly sudden or drug/alcohol-related deaths. You’ll shape how Stroke Association designs and continually improves digital products, journeys and services for people affected by stroke, supporters, volunteers and colleagues – using digital to help them extend their reach and influence, deepen engagement and grow income so that they can achieve greater impact for people affected by stroke.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work with Executive Directors and alongside senior leaders across the organisation to shape priorities, enable delivery and translate strategy into meaningful digital experiences.
You’ll work particularly closely with Associate Directors for Technology, Knowledge & Insight and Marketing & Communications. Success will depend on your ability to connect expertise, build strong relationships and enable multidisciplinary teams to work together around shared outcomes.

How will I be working?
We operate a flexible, trust based working model that gives colleagues autonomy over how, when and where they work, while recognising the value of in person collaboration. You will be working remotely, with periodic in-person meetings around the island of Ireland, and occasional travel to London/elsewhere in the UK.
Days of working will be agreed in advance, but some flexibility will be required to suit events and colleagues’ schedules.
You will engage in regular in person collaboration with your team (as operationally appropriate), as well as with colleagues across the wider organisation, to ensure effective operational alignment and to support our inclusive approach to working.
As an organisation we meet in person once a quarter at our Head Office in Kings Cross, London.
