About the role
Sightsavers are embarking on a major new programme to advance inclusive development and empower young people with disabilities across Africa, placing a strong focus on young women. The programme centres on creating access to dignified and meaningful employment for youth with disabilities, aligning with broader strategies to promote economic opportunities for underrepresented groups.
Sightsavers’ DART Governance team are looking to recruit a DHIS2 Development Lead, to join their team for a two-year period. In the initial phase, the post-holder will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration, testing, and roll-out of the tracker tool, ensuring it meets programme and organisational requirements for data quality, privacy, and reporting. This role offers occasional travel throughout the tenure and is available in Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia or Ghana. The role can be full time or worked on a four-day week.

Key accountabilities but not limited to:

Lead the requirements gathering, design, configuration, and deployment of the DHIS2 Tracker tool for the economic empowerment programme.

Build and optimise programme rules, data elements, option sets, workflows, and analytics to support individual and aggregate reporting.

Essential:

Demonstrable hands-on DHIS2 experience delivering Tracker/Event programmes at scale.

As the Network Development Manager, you will be required to oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of active travel infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards. The role combines technical expertise, project leadership, community engagement, and strategic planning to enhance the National Cycle Network (NCN) and related infrastructure. We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that works flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. Our growing portfolio includes flagship projects tackling challenges such as inclusive EV charging infrastructure, complex community transport needs, and large-scale research like the National Centre for Accessible Transport.
We are now recruiting for three Transport Solutions Managers, one permanent position and two 24 month fixed-term contracts. These roles will lead the design and delivery of high-impact work focused primarily on accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging – a key priority for the Foundation. This is a pivotal role that combines technical understanding, programme delivery, and stakeholder leadership, and is designed to work flexibly across our matrix structure.
While your core focus will be on EV charging, you also may be expected to lead and/or contribute to other transport projects across the transport themes.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-led team driving change in the transport system for disabled people, and to work on some of the most complex and impactful projects in the sector.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the design and delivery of accessible EV charging initiatives, working closely with Programme Directors and partners across government, industry and the charity sector.
- Scope, commission and manage projects related to EV charging – such as pilots, commercial partnerships, research studies or funding opportunities – ensuring alignment to strategic priorities.
- Bring technical and market understanding of EV charging (e.g. standards, installation, interoperability, user experience, accessibility requirements) to shape the Foundation’s approach in this space.

The Role
BASIC is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead our finance function during a period of sustained growth. The Financial Controller will work across Programme teams ensuring strong financial management and reporting to funding partners, maintain strong financial controls, ensure compliance with charity finance regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting to our Directors and Board of Trustees.
The Financial Controller will oversee the small finance team, including line management of a Finance Assistant and management of an external bookkeeper consultant. This team will be responsible for the majority of financial accounting, processing payroll, and accurate bookkeeping, for which the Financial Controller will be ultimately accountable.
The role includes managing restricted and unrestricted funds in accordance with funder requirements and programme needs, preparing statutory accounts for external audit, and overseeing payroll processing. This role reports directly to the Executive Director to prepare annual budgets and financial strategy, and works closely with the Board's Financial Development Committee to present its implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills, experience in charity finance, and a proven track record of effective financial management of a growing organisation. You should be comfortable both managing a small team and working hands-on when needed, building collaborative relationships across the organisation. You will need to be a multitasker with the ability to work at pace, and be willing to develop the finance function and best practices to enable the organisation to grow further.

Job Summary
The Development Manager will be a dynamic and experienced fundraiser with strong technical skills in grant and funding solicitation, management and stewardship across Crisis Action’s current donor targets including major foundations, governments, and High Net Wealth Individuals (HNWI). They will serve as the anchor of a newly configured fundraising team designed to support Crisis Action to nurture its existing donors and secure the next generation of support for its ground-breaking work.
This role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in our outreach, proposals, reporting and communication to drive resource mobilisation that is essential for the organisation’s financial sustainability at a time when our distinct model and way of working is needed more than ever.
Principal responsibilities
Donor engagement and communications
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day engagement with current and prospective foundation, government and individual donors by members of the Crisis Action team

- Support HNWI donor benefits structure and cultivation plans

Salary: We have set bands for the salary range for all positions at Crisis Action. The baseline of our salary range for this position is £40K per annum.

This role is central to driving our work forward. The Stable Family Home Trust is a values-led organisation where people always come first. Job Title: Director of Operations - Maternity Cover
Salary: £55,000 - 65,000
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) or Part-time (min 24 hours/week)
Location: Central London / Hybrid (1-2 days in office per week)
Annual Leave: 25 days paid annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year of service (up to 28 days), plus an additional day for your birthday or key LGBTQI event and time off over the Christmas week.

About the Role
The Director of Operations is a member of GiveOut’s leadership team, partnering closely with the Executive Director, they will lead on all operational matters, ensuring GiveOut is an efficient, compliant, and resilient institution capable of delivering lasting impact.
The Director of Operations oversees the charity’s financial and administrative systems, human resources, compliance and risk management, and internal communications. They will support the Executive Director in strategic planning, budget management, governance, stakeholder reporting, and cross-organisational projects, deputising for the Executive Director when required.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader with strong operational, financial, and people management experience who is passionate about advancing LGBTQI rights globally.
Key Responsibilities
Governance and Compliance

Support the Executive Director in servicing the Board of Trustees; preparing papers, coordinating meetings, and onboarding new trustees.

Ensure organisational compliance with statutory, legal, and data protection requirements.

Lead on risk management, maintaining robust policies, risk registers and assessments, and mitigation strategies.

Coordinate the annual audit and reporting to the Charity Commission.
Strategy and Planning

Partner with the Executive Director on strategic planning, helping to strengthen GiveOut’s sustainability and impact.

Support the Executive Director in exploring new markets, operating models, and partnerships.
Financial Oversight

Lead on financial management, including budgeting, cashflow forecasting, management accounts and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, charity regulations, and audit requirements.

Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to strengthen financial resilience.
Operational Management

Lead the smooth and efficient running of daily operations, ensuring systems and processes support the team’s effectiveness.

Management and Human Resources

Provide effective line management and leadership to team members in the Operations Grant-Making and Communications teams.

Essential Skills and Experience
