As Educational Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across SE London, building partnerships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups—particularly in areas where opportunities are hardest to come by.
You’ll be right in the mix: planning events, delivering programmes, supporting volunteers and connecting with school staff to make sure young people have access to our inspiring enterprise and financial education experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with schools, colleges, youth clubs and local communities
- Focus on expanding our reach in areas of multiple deprivation and underrepresentation
- Deliver and support the rollout of YE programmes in schools and other settings
- Recruit, train and support volunteers—making sure they feel valued and inspired
- Work with your regional team to meet shared goals and celebrate local impact
- Help secure local funding by supporting fundraising efforts and managing project deliverables
- Support the planning of events, trade fairs and celebrations for young people
- Keep accurate records, track impact, and make sure safeguarding is front and centre
A few practical things:
- This is a hands-on role—you’ll sometimes be lifting resources, setting up venues and travelling regularly
- You’ll need to be happy occasionally working evenings or weekends during peak delivery times – with time off in lieu (TOIL) available and travel expenses all covered

- Lead delivery of projects tackling health inequalities, from early diagnosis initiatives to culturally informed support programmes.

The Health and Safety Manager will take a lead role in strengthening the organisation’s health and safety framework, ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and RSH expectations. The role will involve developing and embedding a proportionate HSMS, managing the rollout of a new digital health and safety portal, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) Implementation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive HSMS tailored to the scale and operations of the association.
• Review and enhance existing health and safety policies, risk assessments, and procedures.
• Establish effective monitoring, reporting, and assurance processes to demonstrate compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Person specifications:
Essential:
• IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent).
• Proven experience implementing or managing a Health and Safety Management System, ideally within housing, property management, or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation and compliance frameworks.
• Experience of working to meet the Regulator of Social Housing standards or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Individual Giving and Legacies to lead one of the most impactful areas of our fundraising programme.
This is a pivotal leadership role within Sense’s Fundraising and Marketing team, responsible for developing and delivering our individual giving and legacy strategies, currently generating over 70% of Sense’s voluntary income.
You’ll lead on innovation, insight, and supporter experience - diversifying income streams, driving loyalty, and ensuring that every supporter feels valued and inspired. Reporting to the Senior Supporter Care Manager, you will deliver excellent customer care to supporters and potential supporters of Operation Smile UK. As an integral part of the Supporter Care team, you will successfully support the Individual Giving programme and wider fundraising activities, providing support to ever-increasing income and supporter stewardship for the delivery of increasing levels of unrestricted income for Operation Smile UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for existing supporters and new supporters who respond to our fundraising activities by phone, email, letter or in person, letter, or email delivering outstanding supporter care
- Liaise with supporters in timely communication via email, phone, and mail, with excellent customer care
- Prioritise answering incoming phone calls and escalate any difficult situations/complaints to the Senior Supporter Care Manager
- Support processing incoming phone and postal donations
- Assist with banking and processing incoming/outgoing post
- Be responsible for thanking our supporters, including by letter, email and phone, dispatch of information and fundraising materials
- Enter and maintain accurate records on our Database
- Maintain and assist with all types of donation processing, administration and Database record amendments/records being kept up to date. This will include Gift Aid status and contact consent requests
- Assist with cancelling and amending all types of regular gifts and sending out appropriate letters
- Manage the removal process and consent process
- Assist with sending out problem payment letters
- Following up cancelled regular payments as part of the winback process
- Assist with handling material requests and recording actions on the Database
- Assist with any third-party agency supporter care requests
- Maintain sensitive information and records with appropriate confidentiality
- Play an active role in developing the supporter journey at Operation Smile UK, working with the Senior Supporter Care Manager and colleagues across Fundraising & Communications.

About the role
The Senior Adviser post is a new role to increase capacity within our small and friendly Advice and Information Team. The Senior Adviser will be responsible for delivering high quality, evidence-based, advice and information by email and phone to Coram BAAF members. Our enquirers are primarily social workers at all levels including senior managers, along with associated professionals in health, legal and other areas of children’s social care.
The role will also support our Outbound Permanence Service which provides specialist advice and resources for local authorities across the UK seeking to place a looked after child with relatives overseas, and also offers training and consultancy. The post holder will, once familiar, have the opportunity to participate in Outbound training delivery.
We envisage this as a 4 day per week role, but are open to considering additional flexibility within the constraints of our core service hours (see full job description).
This role may suit you if you have considerable experience in childcare social work, in one or more of adoption, kinship, or foster care, together with experience in advising fellow professionals. You will have a clear understanding of the key principles involved in providing accurate, evidence-based advice and information.
You may have experience of working for a similar national helpline or advice, though this is not essential. You should have good knowledge of relevant regulations, guidance, minimum standards, and published good practice, along with the ability to research and translate complex information into accurate, clear, evidence-based, and practical advice.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager to develop and secure six and seven figure, multi-year grants from trusts, foundations and other institutional grant funders, e.g. the National Lottery.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.
Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now building a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to diversify income, grow their philanthropy programme and increase engagement and impact.
Reporting to the Head of Trusts and Foundations, this role will work as part of a small but high department to deliver objectives and income targets. The role will deputise for the Head of Trusts and Foundations as required and support in the development of the strategy for the department, working across the organisation with colleagues, senior staff, trustees and external trusts and foundation contacts. A key focus of the role will be making bids and writing applications to maximise financial support from charitable trusts and foundations in a team which has a target of £1.15m in 2025-26, growing to £2.1m by 2029-30.
The ideal candidates will have a substantial background in Trusts and Foundation fundraising within the charity sector and experience of delivering excellent stewardship with external stakeholders. You will have experience of large scale and complex (£ six/seven figure) bid writing for specific projects over multiple years. Excellent and persuasive writing skills and a sharp eye for details will be essential alongside strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. You will be approachable, with a ‘hands-on’ approach and a flexible ‘can do’ proactive attitude and, importantly, you will have a commitment to understand the needs of Deaf People and a commitment to our values and culture.

The Person

The Role

Who we're looking for
