About the role
As Senior Property Compliance Officer, you’ll lead Centrepoint’s approach to water hygiene and asbestos compliance across all properties, ensuring we meet and exceed statutory and best-practice standards (ACOP L8/HSG274; CAR 2012).
You’ll own the compliance framework for water and asbestos, oversee risk assessments and remedial actions, and maintain an audit-ready data trail. You’ll also play a key role in assuring compliance across other safety domains — gas, fire, electrical, and LOLER — supporting our commitment to a safety-first culture for staff and residents.
This is a senior, hands-on role with line-management responsibility for the Property Compliance Officer, as well as direct oversight of competent contractors and suppliers.
What you’ll be doing

Owning and maintaining policies, risk registers, and audit programmes for water and asbestos.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience leading water hygiene and asbestos compliance across a multi-site portfolio.

- Leading on digital communications – newsletters, social media, and web content

- Preparing briefings and resources that support our social mission

What we’re looking for:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience

The Brooke is a global animal welfare organisation working with communities around the world to improve the lives of working horses, donkeys and mules. The impact is tangible and human; the stories, endless. The content practically writes itself.
You’ll be the voice and face of the mid-value programme, building meaningful connections with supporters who give between £500 and £5,000, helping them see exactly how their generosity transforms lives. Alongside that, you’ll oversee and grow regular giving, testing, scaling and refining new products to strengthen lifetime value and long-term sustainability.
It’s a hands-on role that needs someone comfortable working across digital and mail campaigns, managing external suppliers, and making data-led decisions about where to test, invest and grow. You’ll work closely with the wider fundraising and comms team to ensure supporters move seamlessly between mid-value and major donor programmes, and you’ll have support to deliver the stewardship and campaign logistics.
The team is ambitious, collaborative and well connected across the organisation. Fundraising and communications work as one, with shared goals, strong internal relationships and a deep understanding of the projects being delivered in the field. We are looking for a Senior Direct Marketing Officer to manage a team to deliver a multi-million pound lottery & lead generation programme.
This is a London based role with a 50% hybrid working model.
The Charity

The Role
Manage and motivate a team of three to deliver the programme effectively and professionally.
Manage a portfolio of multi channel campigns including direct dialogue and direct marketing projects to acquire and develop supporters who give via a regular gift.
Lead the development and growth of the Lottey product, along with its integration with raffles.
Drive the creative and functional development of the lead generation programme to maximise the conversion of leads to a regular gift.
The Candidate
Proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate direct marketing campaigns with substantial understanding of direct marketing acquisition and retention across a range of media channels, including direct dialogue, telemarketing, DRTV, digital and/or direct mail.
Previous line management experience, the abilty to motivate and lead a small team.
Proven ability to analyse results of campaigns.
Ability to build rapport and present to a range of audiences and work with both internal teams and external suppliers. negotiating costs, managing relationships and ensuring positive outcomes.
