Job description

The main objective of this post is to enable people with mental health difficulties and other disadvantages (workforce members) to engage with and access open employment.  The EDTW will achieve this by taking responsibility for the recruitment of people to the project, overseeing their development whilst at the project, including delivery of training courses and supporting them to move on to employment or further training.
