We are looking for a fundraiser eager to take the next step in their career by joining us and becoming our Advancement Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, you'll support the Head of Philanthropy and the established Advancement team across key fundraising priorities. Your previous experience with managing executives/senior volunteers will contribute to supporting the Director of Advancement in managing the activities and priorities of a volunteer-led fundraising board.
This is a pivotal new position created to contribute to a significant uplift in UWC International’s fundraising and prospect identification efforts in support of the new UWC Endowment and a future campaign. Your work will support the strategic and tactical planning and operational effectiveness of UWCI’s fundraising programme and the strategic development of global UWC funding priorities.

In this role, you will lead on policy issues related to research and healthcare, focusing on innovation and clinical trials across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. About the Role
St Christopher’s is the supported housing provider for the new London Accommodation Pathfinder – an innovative new London wide service to improve accommodation and outcomes for young people aged between 16 and 17 in contact with the youth justice system at risk of custody (remand or sentence). - Responsibility for collation of all KPI tracking, trend analysis and activity results that feed into the team’s reporting and performance structure

About the role:
The British Museum is seeking a Finance Assistant to work as part of the Payables function of the Finance Department in a world renowned setting and the most popular tourist attraction in the UK. You will ensure that financial data is accurate, that all invoices are recorded in a timely manner, and that the service provided to Museum departments is of a high standard.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring ageing is current and that payments are correctly allocated.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure prompt authorisation of invoices for processing and resolving supplier disputes.
- Prepare high quality payment runs, ensuring the weekly process runs efficiently and to timetable, including resolving queries, right through to the presentation to bank signatories.

- Assist with enquiries to the department and provide information to management as requested.
- Proactively suggest ways to improve processes to line manager and other team members.

- Able to work swiftly and accurately with figures, maintaining consistency and accuracy in processing a high volume of transactions.

The role
This role will play a key part in the success of fundraising at The King’s Trust International, both through managing a small portfolio of both philanthropy and corporate donors and more broadly through supporting the fundraising of the wider team.
