The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Started in 2016, its vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. In 2024 our workforce of over 200 staff and 13,000 volunteers collected and distributed the equivalent of 38 million meals to Londoners in need. This is done through a network of 1,200 community organisations and schools who are working on the frontline to feed people who are experiencing hunger and cannot afford to regularly buy the food they need. Purpose of the Job:
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in helping to build our ambition to become London’s best loved charity and to become a digital first charity. This will include working closely to support the Senior Marketing & Campaigns Manager to develop and deliver a new digital and social media strategy.
You will have proven digital experience in the charitable sector, including a full understanding of the technical side of delivery and analytics, as well strong experience in developing creative content.
You will oversee all social media and email marketing content and campaigns. You will also lead on building onboarding journeys for our key audiences including donors, volunteers, food suppliers and beyond, ensuring their long-term engagement and retention.
Together with the Senior Marketing & Campaigns Manager, you will lead on the redevelopment of the organisation’s website, working with external specialists to roll out a fully functioning and interactive website. This will include engaging with teams throughout the organisation to identify website content and functionality requirements.
Supporting the optimisation of supporter engagement, you will have responsibility for digitally enabled platforms (for example the charity’s donate platform) and work with external sector specialists like Just Giving to deliver a frictionless supporter experience, understanding the importance of data management and compliance.
You will have experience and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, leading on this area of work and how we can use AI to meet the growing needs of the Marketing & Communications Team.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and creative fundraiser to develop and manage individual giving at our national charity. As the sole individual giving fundraiser at the charity, this is a multi-faceted, strategic thinking role with room for growth. Your role will involve a variety of duties, including annual planning for individual giving activities to grow and develop our supporter base; budget management; development of stewardship including a supporter journey to grow connections to the charity; and line management responsibility for the Fundraising Administrator.

You will have excellent experience in the charity sector and love managing brand and marketing campaigns, which you will either drive to completion or help shape and deliver in collaboration with colleagues and a roster of brilliant agencies who support the charity pro-bono. You’ll be experienced across multi-media channels including Out of Home, TV, Radio and digital.

Job Purpose
The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective professional internal and external communications strategies for the Diocese to support the Diocesan Bishop and senior leaders as part of the Mission of the Church. This includes representing the Catholic church teaching positively, optimising multi-channel communications to reach a wide constituency, supporting key departments, managing media relations, and leading on crisis communication planning and response.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Communications Strategy
- Design, develop, and implement the Diocese’s Communications Strategy which is fully aligned with the Diocese ten-year Mission plan.
- Research and identify appropriate methods and channels including secular and religious media to raise the Diocese’s profile and in turn that of the Catholic church.
- Collaborate with partners, such as the Bishops Conference of England and Wales to help shape and influence public policy aligned with Diocesan objectives.
External Communications
- Proactively identify opportunities for promoting positive news about the work of the diocese and enabling the Diocesan Bishop to contribute to thought leadership and public debate on relevant policies.
- Drafting material appropriate for publication.
- Arranging video to support key diocesan publications such as Bishops Pastoral Letters.

Support to Key Departments
- Collaborate with key departments to design and implement tailored communication strategies. For example, Safeguarding.

The Role
As Outreach Operation Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of SPEAR Integrated Outreach services, ensuring that all of the service models are delivered to contract requirements, working with commissioners and stakeholders to develop and deliver rough sleeper services in the region. Ensuring that all rough sleeper outreach services deliver good quality services that meet the needs of people rough sleeping in the region.
You will be delivering the service in line with national and local policy objectives, working with best practice to deliver holistic outreach based rough sleeper services. The role will develop the services to meet all contract requirements and also meet the objectives of the organisation’s business plan.
You will manage our outreach service leads to deliver excellent services to people sleeping on the street and to deliver a model of staff development and support to sustain a high quality of service delivery, working to achieve the best outcomes for all service users.
