Location: Hybrid – NASP have an office space at London's Southbank Centre which can be used by staff at any time. Purpose of This Role:

This role sits within NASP’s Communications Team. You will play a key role in developing and delivering NASP’s communications strategy, which aims to: 

1. Spread the word about social prescribing among health and voluntary sector professionals and equip them with the training and resources they need. 
2. Increase public awareness of social prescribing.
3. Support NASP’s wider work through high quality communications.

You will lead on NASP’s digital communications – including by managing the NASP website and social media, and the Music Can website and social media. You will also lead campaigns and events and ensure that the content NASP delivers is high quality.

This role reports to the Director of Communications and manages the Digital Communications Officer and the Communications Lead: Media and Events.

Over the course of our history, the Trust has created a delivered innovative a meaningful learning experiences and educational programmes which reach over 100,000 young people each year, teaching them about what the Holocaust was, and its relevance today. The Marketing and Communications Officer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility of, and driving registrations to, the Holocaust Educational Trust’s programmes with schools across England. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility of, and driving registrations to, the Holocaust Educational Trust’s Department for Education funded ‘Supporting Survivor Testimony in Teaching’ initiative – specifically supporting a drive to engage and register schools, ensuring schools across England are inspired to take part through compelling and effective marketing and communications. Key responsibilities

All of the responsibilities below are achieved by working closely with the Trust’s programmes team and with the various external MarComms agencies that provide support to the Trust, ensuring that a programme of compelling content and campaigns is shared across email, social media, and web platforms, all designed to inspire teachers and school staff to engage in our programmes and initiatives. As our in-house link to the MarComms agency, you will:

• Support with the development and implementation of an integrated marketing plan, which will drive school engagement, and will translate in to school registration on to the government funded ‘Supporting Holocaust Survivor Testimony in Teaching’ initiative.

Asylum Justice is the only charity in Wales - and one of very few in the UK - providing free legal advice and representation to people seeking asylum, refugees, and other migrants who are excluded from legal aid. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fundraising Officer to join the fundraising team at the Batten Disease Family Association CIO (BDFA).

The BDFA, founded in 1998 is the only patient organisation in the UK for families affected by Batten disease, a rare and terminal neurodegenerative condition that affects children and young adults. The BDFA offers informed guidance and support to families and the professionals who work with them, as well as actively raising awareness, and promoting research into the management of Batten disease to improve patient care pathways and ultimately find a cure.

This is an exciting time to join the charity, which has grown to offer additional support services for families affected by Batten disease and to implementing a long-term strategy to develop its advocacy, education and research capabilities. We’re looking for an individual who has some experience in fundraising, particularly leading on all aspects of community fundraising, developing and nurturing relationships with volunteer fundraising groups and individual supporters. Job Purpose

Within the National Influencing & Networks team, the Digital Communications Officer is responsible for delivering core communications functions. The postholder will work directly with the Director of National Influencing and Networks to plan communications activity in line with organisational objectives, and to deliver planned, regular and ad-hoc outputs. The Opportunity   

This role is central to shaping and delivering the Social Mobility Foundation’s media, public affairs, and campaigning work, alongside the Campaigns Manager. You will influence changemakers - including politicians and journalists - through strategic media, political, and social media interventions. You will also collaborate with our Young Campaigners to amplify their voices and co-create impactful campaigns with them that drive systemic change.

We’re looking for a Communications & Digital Content Officer to help shape how students see, hear and experience their Students’ Union. You’ll be at the heart of our digital presence, leading our social media channels, creating impactful content and helping us tell powerful stories about our work, our campaigns and our amazing students.

In this role, you will:

The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Media Editor and Coordinator to join its Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, strong editorial skills, and confidence using key digital media creation platforms.

This new role will play a key part in the orchestra’s digital-first strategy, supporting the creation, editing, and distribution of engaging content across web, social media, and other digital channels. Working closely with the Social Media & Content Manager and Senior Producer, the postholder will help bring the Philharmonia’s concerts and activities to audiences worldwide. Focused on short form, social-first content, this role requires someone with technical proficiency, excellent organisation and a flexible approach to content capture.

Although based at Head Office, the role involves frequent time out of the office with the Orchestra – whether in rehearsals, at concert venues, or on tour. No two weeks will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and implementation: 

• Work with the Social Media & Content Manager and Senior Producer to plan and deliver the Philharmonia’s short- and long-form digital content in line with marketing and organisational priorities

• Contribute to the orchestra’s digital-first marketing strategy by identifying opportunities for new and engaging content across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

• Take ownership of specific projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear and proactive

• Ensure that all content produced reflects Philharmonia’s visual identity, brand tone, and artistic standards, maintaining consistency across digital and print communications

• Support the effective use of data and analytics to inform decisions about content performance, reach, and audience engagement

• Keep abreast of developments in digital media production, editing software, and social trends, sharing insights and proposing improvements to processes and outputs

Key tasks:

• Edit video, audio, and imagery for web, social, and internal use, ensuring material is produced to a high standard and delivered to agreed timelines

• Assist with content capture at rehearsals, performances, and events, undertaking filming and on-site editing to enable timely release of digital content

• Create motion graphics, captions, and short-form edits tailored for specific social media platforms to maximise engagement and visibility

• Some ad hoc design for print and physical products (i.e. Philharmonia Records, Shopify products, donation boxes etc.)

• Provide light-touch coordination of content schedules and workflows between editors, producers, and departments to ensure smooth delivery and efficient handover of materials

• Support with the management and organisation of media assets using the Philharmonia’s content management and digital asset management systems, applying consistent metadata and archiving standards

• Support cross-departmental campaigns and contribute to the planning and delivery of wider marketing and communications projects

Collaboration:

• Act as an advocate for best practice in digital content creation and file management, encouraging high standards of quality, consistency, and accessibility

• Support and collaborate with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications team, offering technical advice and creative input where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Strong video editing skills using the full Adobe suite

• A keen eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail

TAG Youth Club, an award-winning charity and a youth club open to children, young people and young adults, whatever their disability. TAG started almost 25 years ago, as a group of parents who got together to create an inclusive space for their disabled young people to socialise.  From those humble beginnings TAG has now grown to over 250 members and supports over 750 family members.The club now makes many activities available to young disabled people that would not ordinarily be available to them (such as climbing, skiing, archery, parkour, scootering and skateboarding). Our activities provide members with opportunities to meet new people, make friends, learn social and life skills, and to thrive and grow in confidence and independence.

This exciting new part time role has been created to support the CEO and Head of Operations, providing administrative support in a wide variety of areas including finance, fundraising, office systems and management, premises, promotion, marketing and communications. 

Financial administration includes input and reconciliation of all financial data and ensures efficient reporting, analysis and measurement of data and financial information against set timescales, targets and objectives.
