Job description

JERICHO uses enterprise to change lives. Since 1993 we have supported over 8,000 people with complex barriers to social inclusion and economic participation become fulfilled, skilled and employed.

We believe in a just society where everyone has a chance to prosper; we do not discriminate against those who need it most. We work directly with young people, people who have been in prison, those who have experience of homelessness or whose lives are affected by ill health or disability, survivors of modern slavery and people with complex, intersecting needs.

Taking a high-impact, low volume approach, we help our beneficiaries identify, reduce and, where possible, remove their barriers so that they can become fulfilled, skilled and employed.

Our model is straightforward and sustainable: we provide supported employment opportunities in businesses which offer great value goods and services to the local community. Each time a customer chooses to buy from one of our enterprises they are supporting life-changing opportunities for people who need them most.

We are proud of the work we have done so far but we are not stopping until we realise our vision of a world free from injustice where everyone is able to reach their full potential.

Join with us, let’s build better futures together.
