Job description

We’re Mind, the leading mental health charity. Mind and mental health are on the public and government’s agendas like never before. At the same time, many people with mental health problems are not able to access mental health services, so there’s never been a greater need for the work we do. We have a unique opportunity to maximise our reach and help more people get support and respect by developing mental health services in collaboration with our local Mind network and our service users.

If you are excited by the opportunity to develop mental health services and have a background in service development and/or service delivery, then we’d like to hear from you.

Working within the Service Development team, you will be responsible for the development of new services. We offer a flexible approach to your working location with the option of homeworking, or a base in our London or Cardiff office. You’ll need to be willing to travel across England and Wales to share your skills with our local Mind network and support us to reach more people who need our help.
