What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll provide the core administrative support that keeps the Schools and Colleges Early Support Service running efficiently, ensuring that appointments, communications, data processes and day-to-day operations are well coordinated so practitioners can focus on supporting children, young people and school staff. You’ll work closely with practitioners and the Project Manager, and you’ll also build regular connections with school staff and education professionals across the country. These relationships are central to the role and key to keeping the service running smoothly.

• Getting up to speed quickly with scheduling, mailbox management and core administrative processes.
• Helping maintain smooth service delivery by keeping information accurate, organised and shared in a timely way.
• You’ll manage daily service administration, oversee intervention activity and act as a point of contact for practitioners.
• Scheduling appointments, webinars, training sessions and internal/external meetings, making sure all logistics are in place.
• You’ll monitor and manage the service mailbox, respond to enquiries and share prepared communications with stakeholders.
• Organising meeting arrangements, preparing agendas, circulating papers and taking accurate minutes when required.
• You’ll maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, track service uptake, and collate data for reporting and analysis.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be a well-organised and proactive administrator who’s confident with digital tools, comfortable managing a busy workload, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with practitioners, schools and other stakeholders.

• You should have experience working in a busy administrative setting and be confident juggling multiple tasks.
• Strong IT skills are important, including ease with MS Office, web-based systems and databases/CRMs.
• You’ll need excellent organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills to stay on top of deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well with a range of colleagues and professionals.

Key details

Hours: Full time: usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is considered depending on individual situation and service needs. Must work Friday.

Salary: £27,040 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme

Location: Location Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working): staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD). There may be scope for increased remote working for the right person.

As a talented and motivated Dynamics 365 Developer you’ll work closely with the Data Team (Data Engineer, Dynamics Specialist, Data Analyst, and Data Lead)  to develop, maintain, and optimise our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. 

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys building scalable, secure, and efficient business solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM. You’ll take ownership of our 365 development practices, support application lifecycle management across multiple environments, and play a key role in integrating Dynamics with our broader data and application ecosystem. 

You'll be part of a team which designs, builds and iterates technical solutions and services for our organisational and deaf community's needs. You will work on discoveries, prototypes and continuous improvements that span the charities cross matrix ways of working. Tou’ll also own the remit of supporting a team of data engineers, analysts, and a Dynamics 365 specialist to facilitate the CRM system that is critical to core business operations and success within the charity sector. 

Essential skills 

· Solid experience customising and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE through Power Platform solutions, including entities, forms, workflows and automation. 

· Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate and Dataverse, with the ability to build scalable, user-focused applications. 

· Skilled in creating Dynamics 365 plugins and extensions using .NET / C#, and comfortable working with the Dynamics SDK and APIs. 

· Strong experience with using Azure Cloud resources such as Function Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault and other Azure components to support integrations, event-driven processes and secure solution design. 

· Practical experience managing D365 application lifecycle management, source code repositories, pipelines and CI/CD processes, ensuring controlled solution deployments across environments. 

· Experience connecting Dynamics with other platforms and systems using Logic Apps, SSIS, APIs, JSON and SQL. 

· Proficient in required scripting languages such as FetchXML for customising forms and data interactions. 

· Good understanding of SQL including writing and optimising queries and stored procedures. 

· Exposure to Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys (CI-J) for marketing journeys, email campaigns, marketing lists and subscription centre.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Lead Trusts & Grants Officer is responsible for developing and delivering income from mid-value grant making funders, notably trusts and foundations. Fundraising and Grants Management

• Pipeline Management: Lead on prospecting, developing and managing the mid-value trusts and grants pipeline, focusing on bids around £20,000 - £70,000, including multiyear grants, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities to meet team income targets. Developing the skills and ability to manage higher value and more complex strategic bids.

• Application Writing: Develop and submit compelling, high-quality grant applications and proposals for mid-value funders, working closely with service teams, ensuring accurate budgets and income against Adoption UK’s strategic priorities.

• Stewardship: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of new and existing mid-value funders, providing timely and impactful reports to secure renewed funding, and developing relationships with key external contacts through excellent communication.

• Reporting: Oversee the accurate tracking of all applications, reports, and communications using team tracking methods, and the CRM database, providing regular progress updates to the Senior Trusts & Grants Manager.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Trusts & Grants Manager, the Trusts & Grants Officer, and service teams, to align fundraising activities with the organisation’s strategic priorities and annual income targets.

• Undertake other duties and projects as directed by the Senior Trusts & Grants Manager and Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications.

Team Management and Development

• Line Management: Provide line management and support to the Trusts & Grants Officer, including regular one-to-ones, appraisals, and professional development.

This role supports the Senior Partnerships Manager in strategic growth and income generation, focusing on expanding relationships with trusts, foundations, and other grant-making bodies.

As a strong communications generalist, with strategic and operational expertise, the Communications Lead will work closely with employees, volunteers and other key stakeholders to strengthen the charity’s national brand and position. We Are Survivors are currently looking for individuals that have the passion, drive and determination to help us deliver our OUT Spoken Talking Therapy Services in our Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire estate.

We Are Survivors provide survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male (including Trans and Non-binary) victims/survivors, and their loved ones, of sexual harms. We have developed a three-tiered approach to services and underpin everything we do with a ‘trauma and recovery’ framework pioneered by Dr Judith Herman.

We are currently commissioned to deliver trauma-informed therapy services in 15 prisons across the Northwest of England and we require postings in our prisons across Merseyside, Lancaster and Cheshire. Please note we have no vacancies in our Greater Manchester prisons.

About You

You will be a qualified counsellor / psychotherapist who holds at least a Diploma in Counselling / Psychotherapy or equivalent and be registered with BACP or equivalent (preferably an accredited member). You will understand issues relating to trauma, be able to work as part of a team and feel confident working in a prison setting. You will hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be within a reasonable commute to estates.
