The Charity Delivery Lead will drive the success of key charity and community programs and charity initiatives across our 13 venues. Line managing staff in a matrix model, you will provide operational guidance, a delivery framework, and expert advice to ensure that each program is successfully implemented and achieves its objectives. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager of each venue, ensuring the alignment of charity initiatives with broader venue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery Support
Provide expert advice and practical frameworks to Charity Officers as they deliver and facilitate key programs such as Fun, Food & Golf, Community Cafes, and This Girl Can. Ensure each program aligns with the charity’s mission and goals.
Program Coordination & Monitoring
Ensure that programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard across all venues. Support Charity Officers in tracking program outcomes and assessing impact, making adjustments as needed.
Training & Development
Provide training, resources, and support to Charity Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to deliver high-quality community programs. Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Framework & Process Development:
Develop and implement operational frameworks, guidelines, and processes for program delivery, ensuring consistency across all 13 venues. Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve program quality and participant satisfaction and outcomes.
Reporting & Communication:
Report regularly to the Chief People Officer on program performance, challenges, and successes. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders (including Trustees), demonstrating the impact of charity programs and their alignment with the overall strategy.
Collaborative Working:
Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote charity programs across different channels, including social media, local events, and the charity’s website. Help raise awareness of the charity’s work and encourage broader community participation.
Safeguarding and Wellbeing
Ensure that all programs adhere to safeguarding guidelines, especially for vulnerable groups such as those impacted by dementia and children. Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Person Specification
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in community program delivery, charity work, or sports-related initiatives, with a focus on social impact and inclusivity.
- Strong knowledge of program design and delivery, particularly in sports, health, and community development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities, local venues, and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting and mentoring teams, even without direct line management responsibilities.
- Ability to create and implement structured frameworks and processes to improve program delivery and achieve outcomes.
- A genuine passion for using golf/ sport as a tool to improve lives and create positive change within communities.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across multiple venues.
- An understanding of safeguarding and wellbeing guidelines and practises, particularly in working with vulnerable groups having performed the role of Welfare Officer, Designated Safeguarding Lead or equivalent.
Desirable
- Familiarity with programs related to dementia care, women and girls' sports participation, or community wellness.
- Knowledge of fundraising, grant applications, or sponsorship in the charity sector.
- Experience in working with or within community-based organisations.
- A relevant qualification in community development, sports management, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

What could my day look like?
The Education Worker role is a frontline, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same. A typical day will have different activities, possibly spread between the IntoUniversity centre, partner schools and the offices of a corporate partner.
In the morning, you might be setting off with resources to run a workshop for sixth-form students in their secondary school. In the afternoon you may be setting up the classroom ahead of running Primary Academic Support for young people in your IntoUniversity centre. On other days, you may be travelling to a corporate partner to run a business simulation workshop for 15 year-olds or leading a group of final year primary school students on a campus visit for their graduation.
As an Education Worker, you’ll always be delivering the programme as part of your centre team, which means that any delivery is always a team effort.

What this role entails?
The Medical Sciences Divisional development team works collaboratively with colleagues across the Division and across the Development and Alumni Engagement team at the University of Oxford.
This is a key role within the team and the post holder will have the opportunity to work with donors and academics. Development at Oxford is well established and this role has the scope to work across a number of important and high-profile projects related to the medical sciences.
The post holder will manage a portfolio of more than 100 major gifts prospects. They will be responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of potential donors able to support projects in the Medical Sciences Division at Oxford, typically in the range of £100,000-£500,000 over time, alongside to supporting the fundraising activity of the Head of Development – Medical Sciences.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven fundraising experience in a complex organisation and direct involvement in securing major gifts at the £50,000 level and above
- Ability to identify new donor prospects and engage with potential donors to successfully acquire new gifts
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically about the relations between potential donors and fund-raising goals
- Ability to establish credibility, confidence and robust relationships with existing and prospective donors, and key stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in the medical sciences
- An interest in higher education and ideally an understanding of the University of Oxford, and its goals in teaching and research

We are looking for a Prevention and Intervention Programme Manager to line manage the Advisors (Sexual Violence Liaison Officers) and be responsible for an SVLO programme to support students who have experienced sexual violence, sexual harassment, gender-based violence and/or domestic abuse at any point in their lives. The Programme Manager will need to work closely with the Advice Service Manager to support the Specialist Advisors in working alongside the generalist advice provision. The Programme Manager will oversee the Active Bystander Programme as well as the expansion of new and existing programmes, including developing personalised packages for departments and an attractive offer for external partner organisations.
Have you got demonstrable experience of working with individuals who have experienced one or more of the following: sexual violence, harassment, gender-based violence or domestic abuse? Have you got an understanding of the impact of sexual violence and sexual harassment on survivors, and how to support them with a trauma informed approach? The KCLSU Advice Service focuses on academic advice and supports over 2,000 cases per annum. KCLSU Wellbeing is a sector leading partnership with King’s College London. It is a student-led service that equips and empowers students with training and bespoke guidance to support their communities’ wellbeing through peer support, wellbeing initiatives and student partnership.

Purpose
Our Immigration Team works closely with Birmingham City University (BCU) to run the Immigration Law Student Clinic, a key source of free accredited immigration advice for people in Birmingham who cannot afford legal support.
The role involves supervising students as they research and prepare legal advice, coordinating day‑to‑day clinic activity, and supporting casework within CELC’s immigration team. You will recruit, train, and mentor students, ensuring they have an excellent student experience and helping them develop practical legal skills while ensuring clients receive an excellent service.
Responsibilities
Working closely with Birmingham City University the Law Clinic Supervisor will:
- Recruit and select students for involvement in the clinic
- Undertaking inductions with new students, in line with the Law Centre's Clinic practices ,including training on CELC systems and processes
- Develop and maintain student training manuals, policies, template letters, referral forms etc.
- Assess client cases prior to allocation to students
- Manage overall clinic calendar, allocating client cases to students
- Supervise all elements of student work, providing guidance to ensure accuracy and quality of research undertaken and advice provided
- Maintain accurate records of student inductions and supervisions
- Sign-off and submittance of applications
- Advise students to access other CELC teams for legal guidance where necessary e.g. family law, employment, housing etc.
- Create a positive and nurturing environment for students to learn practical casework skills
- Monitor and report performance of the clinic to CELC and Birmingham City University
- Work positively with the Law Centre’s Clinic Lead and the other clinic leads in delivering the overall partnership and wider clinical legal education
· Ensure that the Clinic is run in line with the Team’s priorities and the strategy and priorities of the Law Centre
- Undertake professional development to ensure legal expertise is current and up to date
The Law Clinic Supervisor will also:
- Demonstrate their commitment to the aims and principles of CELC
- Abide by policies and procedures as set out in the Office Manual and Staff Handbook
- Attend Immigration and all CELC team meetings and away days

Essential

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Careers Adviser to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Careers Team. In this key position, you will work across multiple sites within our Essex academies, supporting students to make informed, ambitious, and aspirational decisions about their futures.
As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with the Strategic Careers Lead and fellow advisers, providing expert guidance and helping to shape and deliver a high-impact CEIAG programme. You will also be a valued colleague within a supportive and collaborative team, where you will always have someone to bounce ideas off and share good practice.
Whether it’s further education, apprenticeships, traineeships or employment, you will play a vital role in guiding students towards the post-16 and post-18 pathways that best suit their individual goals and aspirations.
Your contribution will be central to raising aspirations, inspiring ambition, and ensuring every student, regardless of background or ability, is fully aware of the range of opportunities available to them. Together, we aim to deliver a high-quality, inclusive CEIAG programme from Year 7 to Year 13 that empowers all students to succeed.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning high-quality careers education with each academy’s Careers Lead, aligned to statutory guidance and academy improvement plans
- Delivering careers assemblies that broaden students’ understanding of post-16 and post-18 options
- Providing impartial, personalised career guidance through one-to-one meetings and group sessions
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of guidance meetings and actions on Unifrog
- Tracking and reporting on students’ aspirations and progression
- Supporting students with post-16 and post-18 choices, including referring those with specific needs (e.g., SEND) to specialist services
- Liaising with external agencies, networks, and partners to strengthen the Higher Education and Careers programme
- Engaging parents and carers in the careers guidance process and attending parents’ evenings
- Organising meaningful employer encounters that inspire students and expand their understanding of the workplace
- Attending results days and enrolment days
- Supporting wider team members by sharing best practice and offering shadowing opportunities
- Acting as a point of contact and mentoring new team members to aid their development
- Providing careers-related evidence and supporting academies during Ofsted inspections
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- A Diploma in Careers Guidance or Qualification in Careers Guidance to Level 6
- Experience in supporting or managing staff members to help them achieve their professional goals
- Proven working knowledge of Ofsted careers education assessment criteria for the personal development strand
- Experience of planning and organising events
- Proven experience in delivering impartial, personalised career guidance through one-to-one meetings, group sessions and assemblies
- Experience of successfully motivating students to plan and achieve their career goals
- A proactive approach, and efficient time management and prioritisation skills
- An ability to work independently and flexibly within the Academy structure

The Team

The team is led by Chris Targett RCDP, who alongside his work at CXK, is the current Chair of the Careers Writers Association and co-author of the recently released Career Development and Inclusive Practice book, published by Trotman Publishing in partnership with the CDI.

The Role
The Careers Adviser will travel across East Sussex Regions to a broad range of school and college settings, delivering creative and inclusive Personal Careers Guidance, as well as assemblies and drop-in sessions as required.
Each student and each learning environment will be unique, so the opportunity lends itself well to candidates who enjoy traveling and working in varied locations, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and educating people of all abilities.
You will routinely liaise with Careers Leaders and senior school/ college staff to arrange and deliver activities for students during the school day. Whilst most delivery will take place between 8:30am and 4pm, travel before and after these times will be required and occasional attendance at parents’ and options evenings will also be required, but you will be given time off in lieu where this is applicable.
We would require you to work five days-a-week, term time only, with a pro rata holiday entitlement. If you would prefer part-time only employment (minimum of three days a week), this can be negotiated.

ABOUT THE CLINK CHARITY
The Clink Charity, founded in 2009, aims to prevent and reduce reoffending through training, rehabilitation, and support. We deliver hospitality and horticulture training behind the prison walls and in the community by creating an environment where our students are supported to gain the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to rebuild their lives.
Since that time, we have trained approximately 5,000 people in prison and delivered 2,600 City & Guilds qualifications in a variety of hospitality and food courses.
What makes The Clink so unique is our post-release support and mentoring programme that rehabilitates an offender back into society through assistance with health and mental health issues, housing, employment, family connections and friendships.
The charity operates an award-winning fine-dining restaurant open to the public inside HMP Brixton, training kitchens in the prison estate, horticulture projects at HMP Send and HMP Erlestoke, a commercial bakery in Brixton, and a bespoke delivery service, Catered by Clink.
Additionally, Clink Events is our social enterprise catering business with food produced by the women in HMP Downview and also in an additional kitchen at Herne Hill and then served by alumni on front of house at some of the best venues in London including: the Guildhall, the Science Museum, Cutty Sark, Kew Gardens and the Camden Roundhouse. In 2024, across 218 events, The Clink fed 36,000 people.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Clink Training Café, located in Herne Hill, is a real-life professional kitchen and café that provides young people with meaningful work experience over a 12-week programme. During this time, participants work towards five accredited City & Guilds qualifications while gaining hands-on hospitality and employability skills.
We work closely with the Youth Justice Service, as well as Children in Care and Care Leavers teams, to engage vulnerable and at-risk young people in the programme. Many of the young people we support are at risk of criminal exploitation and grooming, and we also work with neurodivergent young people who have additional learning needs.
At our café in Herne Hill, we have supported 100% of our students who have participated in the program to graduate into further education or employment.
The Youth Support Worker will provide a high quality and responsive support, mentoring and advocacy service which creatively addresses the needs and risks of our students and graduates, enabling them to avoid the risk of criminal exploitation upon completion of the program and to progress into the next step of their education or employment pathway.
You will be joining The Clink Charity at an exciting time as we plan to scale the success of our Café project by taking on a second site in Guildford to work with vulnerable NEET young people across Surrey. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to mobilise this project and to take a leading role in building referrals, establishing networks and establishing this new intervention.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Youth Support Worker, you are responsible for:
Individualised Support
• Act as a strong advocate for all students, representing their needs and interests.
• Complete a personalised support plan for each student to understand their individual needs, challenges, and personal circumstances.
• Work closely with young people to identify risks, recognise warning signs, and develop strategies to reduce the likelihood of involvement in criminal exploitation, grooming, or other harmful behaviours.
• Support student engagement throughout the programme, addressing conflicts or challenges as they arise to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Establish appropriate boundaries and respond effectively to student behaviour to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
• Support students in developing resilience, confidence, and independent decision-making skills.
Monitoring and Impact
• Conduct weekly 1:1 session with each student, focusing on personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and life skills such as budgeting, accurately logging all sessions in both internal and external CRM systems.
• Ensure all contact logs and essential paperwork are accurately updated and completed weekly.
• Contribute ideas to improve programme delivery and student engagement through innovative activities or support strategies.
• Use data insights to report progress to referral partners and funders.
Partnerships and Networks
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with all external partners and networks.
• Engage with external partners to build the relationships needed to receive referrals for our target audience and meet with each student prior to starting the programme to ensure a smooth induction.
• Liaise with relevant networks and attend meetings with funders or partner organisations that support the students' development.
• Seek out new partnership opportunities to enable The Clink's youth programs to grow and develop.
Employer and Further Education Connections

• Experience of referring young people to specialist services and working collaboratively within a multi-agency framework to provide holistic support and guidance.
