We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our service based in Basildon, Essex. The service engages young people in learning through vocational teamwork and social development, focusing on KS3 and KS4, with a person-centred approach that celebrates individuality and uses humour, patience and support to get meaningful outcomes for our students. We work with we work with a wide range of young people, the majority with additional needs (SEN, SEMH, EBSA), helping them to achieve L1 BTEC qualifications in order to avoid NEET outcomes.
As the Circles Study and Salon Site Manager, you will be responsible for overall leadership of the service, day to day operations and development of the future provision. In this role you will lead the tutors, empowering and enabling them to deliver high quality support for our students by setting high standards for work and reflecting this to our external partners through effective communication, evidencing outcomes that are in line with, and exceed, contractual requirements. Additionally, you will complete all time critical evidencing for the site and monitor and feedback on the supporting documentation from tutors and students, while actively promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment in which all individuals feel valued and respected.

Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing College, a service within South East London Mind, runs a curriculum of free peer and professional-led courses across the borough.
Our workshops and courses combine enjoyment, fun and knowledge to enable students to achieve a greater insight into their own mental wellbeing and gain skills to help them achieve personal goals and ambitions.
We are looking for someone with exceptional administrative and communication skills to support the Recovery College Manager and Coordinator in processing student applications and completing telephone interviews, along with wider team administration.
You will have experience of client-facing administrative work within a mental health setting, awareness of safeguarding and risk management considerations and the confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of people with varying mental health needs. You will need to be organised, have excellent attention to detail and good technical skills.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a dedicated School Mental Health Practitioner to join the Harris Federation’s central mental health team and make a meaningful impact in secondary schools across London.
You will be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team led by our Lead Mental Health Practitioner, receiving regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development and helping to shape the future of mental health support in education.
In this full-time, term-time plus role, you will be allocated to three Harris secondary schools, where you will deliver mental health support to students aged 11–18. You will work directly with students through 1:1 sessions, group work and whole-school wellbeing initiatives, helping to shape a culture of mental health awareness and support.
You will be based in schools for four days per week, primarily in South, South East and South West London, and occasionally in North London. Travel between schools is required. One day per week is set aside for team meetings and professional development.
As a term-time plus role, the full-time equivalent salary will be adjusted pro rata. The actual salary will be £33,016-£38,238 (37.5 hours per week, term time + three weeks).

Purpose
Our Immigration Team works closely with Birmingham City University (BCU) to run the Immigration Law Student Clinic, a key source of free accredited immigration advice for people in Birmingham who cannot afford legal support.
The role involves supervising students as they research and prepare legal advice, coordinating day‑to‑day clinic activity, and supporting casework within CELC’s immigration team. You will recruit, train, and mentor students, ensuring they have an excellent student experience and helping them develop practical legal skills while ensuring clients receive an excellent service.
Responsibilities
Working closely with Birmingham City University the Law Clinic Supervisor will:
- Recruit and select students for involvement in the clinic
- Undertaking inductions with new students, in line with the Law Centre's Clinic practices ,including training on CELC systems and processes
- Develop and maintain student training manuals, policies, template letters, referral forms etc.
- Assess client cases prior to allocation to students
- Manage overall clinic calendar, allocating client cases to students
- Supervise all elements of student work, providing guidance to ensure accuracy and quality of research undertaken and advice provided

Main duties and responsibilities:
Communications

About the Organisation
The Grenfell 'Education Hub' opened last year to serve those most affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy. The hub provides a safe, restorative and relational education support to children and young people, their families and local schools.
A consultation process in 2023 and 2024 about the needs of the community and the bereaved and survivors led to proposals for an educational ‘hub’. This comprises a wide range of professionals including four specialist teachers, an Educational Psychologist, a Speech and Language Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Careers Specialist, and a Family Support Practitioner. Their time is divided between direct work with children and families in the ‘Hub’, and support for local schools.
The activity of the hub aims to;
- Provide good quality educational support to as many children and young people as possible
- Build the skills and confidence of children and young people, their families, and education staff in local schools
- Develop strong relationships with those most affected by the Grenfell Tower fire
- Accurately assess its impact
