You will be a collaborative team-player who has excellent verbal and written skills that can present complex data clearly and effectively to a range of audiences. You can work independently and proactively, prioritising work and meeting deadlines with well-developed time management skills.

Experience of working with The Raiser's Edge database is highly desirable and advanced SQL coding skills is essential.

About us
Macmillan Cancer Support exists to ensure millions of people living with cancer across the UK live life as fully as they can. Through physical, emotional and financial support, we will do whatever it takes to help people find their best way through their cancer experience, from the point of diagnosis and beyond.

Our values are at the heart of who we are and everything we do, inspiring our thinking and guiding our actions. Together we provide vital support to those who need us most, acting with heart, with strength and with ambition.

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy division raised £16.1m in 2020 – income from a range of individuals, trusts, and companies. The Raiser’s Edge system is essential to ensure those high value supporters have the highest quality of personalised stewardship, and that donations, fundraising activities and other information is captured consistently and effectively for this key income stream.

As an organisation, we are striving to do everything we can to ensure that our workforce is representative of the people we support, and those who support us. We advocate for being an inclusive organisation, where everyone can feel that they belong and where there are no barriers to success.

We offer a range of flexible working patterns, such as compressed hours, e.g. 34.5 hours in 4 days instead of 5, flexibility to work earlier or later around our core working hours of 10am-4pm and more options.
