Job description

Children’s Hospices Across Scotland, better known as CHAS, is Scotland’s national children’s hospice service which cares for children with life-shortening conditions and their families. We operate across the country through our two hospices as well as in hospitals and our home care service in the community.

Three children die every week in Scotland from an incurable condition. Presently, CHAS reaches only 1 in 3 of those families which is why we’ve launched our ‘Keep the Joy Alive’ fundraising campaign, the ambition to support our new strategy ‘Reaching Every Family in Scotland’.

Do you want to be part of this amazing ambition and help us reach every family in Scotland that needs us?

Would you like to play a critical part in delivering our exciting vision for a supporter experience that is different and more rewarding than that of any other charity and which will inspire supporters to commit to CHAS?  We would love to hear from passionate individuals who demonstrate a passion for excellence in Supporter Care and who have experience using Raisers Edge fundraising and donor management software.

The successful applicant would be expected to work ca. 14 hours per week on specific projects to ensure donor information is accurate and used to maximise the teams’ ability to deliver exceptional donor journeys. Please note this is a temporary position until 31 March 2020.

If you think that you want to be part of a young, fun and dynamic team have a read of the job description. To apply for this opportunity, please click 'Apply Now' at the top of this screen and complete our online application form. We look forward to hearing from you.
