About the role
Are you a senior fundraising professional with international experience? At ClientEarth, we are looking to hire an experienced and strategic Head of Philanthropy to lead the development and delivery of our global philanthropy programme. In this senior leadership role, you will guide a talented, geographically dispersed Philanthropy team, build deep relationships with major donors across Europe, the US and Asia, and drive income growth.
Meet your Manager
In this role, you will be managed by Hannah Braithwaite who is based in London. Hannah is responsible for leading ClientEarth’s fundraising efforts for its growing portfolio of programmes. Hannah has dedicated her career to raising funds and resources for climate and nature causes. With a degree in Zoology from Sheffield University, Hannah combines her scientific background with her passion for the environment to generate impact with knowledge and credibility. Prior to joining ClientEarth Hannah has held a number of leading roles at prominent international environmental organisations, including Head of External Affairs at the UN Environment Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre and Head of Trusts and Foundations at Fauna & Flora.
Main Duties
- Develop and implement the global philanthropy strategy as part of the overall fundraising strategy, liaising with senior leadership, programme leads, communications and finance to ensure ClientEarth can maximise the potential income from major donors.
- Develop, implement and achieve relevant KPIs and financial targets for the philanthropy team and lead on the production of appropriate reports for senior management and the board of trustees.
- Using the strategy (organisational and fundraising) the Head of Philanthropy will personally manage and support senior staff on holding income-yielding high-level relationships.
- Manage relationships and drive strategy relating to our senior stakeholders such as the Development Board, Chair of the Board and act as a key facilitator and steward of relationships between foundation staff and key programme contacts.
- Set up and implement systems to review performance against set targets and objectives and monitor funder data and oversee the effective management of our database;

About the Orpheus Centre

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Legacy and Individual Giving Officer to help grow and develop our individual giving and legacy income streams.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging individual giving appeals across multiple channels
- Develop and manage regular giving and donor stewardship journeys to increase loyalty and lifetime value
- Lead on all aspects of legacy fundraising, including promoting gifts in wills and administering legacy cases
- Build strong relationships with supporters, case studies and internal stakeholders
- Develop and nurture a mid‑value donor programme, working closely with senior fundraising colleagues
- Create new and innovative channels of giving, including In Memory and Celebration Giving
- Manage individual giving and legacy budgets and track performance
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage data, analyse performance and produce reports
- Ensure Gift Aid claims are accurate and processed in a timely manner
About you
You will be an organised and confident fundraiser with a passion for building relationships and telling compelling stories.
You will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience delivering fundraising or supporter‑focused projects
- Experience of using databases/CRMs and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- An understanding of fundraising regulations, including Gift Aid and GDPR
Desirable:
- Experience in individual giving and/or legacy fundraising

About this role
The Philanthropy Manager will own an assigned portfolio of prospects and donors at five to six figure level and act as the day-to-day relationship manager within that portfolio.
The role plans and delivers cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activity to agreed KPIs, makes timely operational decisions within scope, and escalates risks/opportunities early.
The post holder contributes evidence and insight into team planning, supports senior colleagues on major/strategic accounts, and collaborates across teams to ensure high quality, inclusive delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage an assigned portfolio of prospects and donors at the five to six figure level, delivering agreed income and engagement targets.

- Demonstrable experience generating gifts at five to six figures from UK trusts, corporate partnerships and/or foundations.

- Excellent research and prospecting skills.
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and substantive experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong bid-writing and storytelling ability.

About the role
As Fundraising Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement strategies. JOB PURPOSE
The Director of Fundraising and Development (Maternity Cover) will provide strategic leadership and direction across all fundraising and income-generating activities, ensuring the charity continues to deliver against its financial objectives and accelerates long-term, sustainable growth across our philanthropic, public, and commercial income streams.

Can you help us keep changing lives and breaking the cycle of reoffending for good? With demand for our work continuing to grow, we are excited to be welcoming a Fundraising Manager to join our team.
In this role you’ll work closely with our CEO and operations team to deliver our annual fundraising targets, focusing on trusts and foundations, major donor and corporate giving and the occasional fundraising event/external opportunity.
We are a small staff team with a large cohort of volunteers and we are all passionate and committed to our mission to stop reoffending and ensuring the best outcomes for the men we support. We don’t have an office and staff are either home based or work in one of the prisons, depending on their role. We stay connected through regular team meetings (online and in person), 1-1 line management support and ongoing training. This post would be home based but you will need to be able to travel to attend occasional meetings in London, West Midlands and Oxfordshire.
This is new role for Trailblazers, and we are looking for someone whose values align with the charities and believes in the impact of our work. You will be proactive, a good communicator, with a talent for building relationships and full of ideas. You will be experienced in all aspects of trusts and foundations fundraising which is the main source of income for the charity. Experience of diversifying income streams, major donor/corporate giving and creative ways of engaging new and existing donors would also be required. You’ll have the freedom to shape and implement your own systems and processes and lead on developing a fundraising strategy, with full support from the CEO and wider team.
