We’re looking for a Senior Research Grants Officer to play a key role in delivering and strengthening our research portfolio spanning translational and clinical research. You’ll lead on the coordination and delivery of the Transformational Research Awards Scheme, support clinical trial review processes, and oversee a portfolio of active grants to ensure funding decisions and post-award management are rigorous, transparent and strategically aligned.
You’ll also play an important part in strengthening how we fund and manage research. From supporting the implementation of a new Grants Management System to refining processes and providing expert guidance to researchers, committee members and senior stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our investment delivers maximum impact. If you bring strong biomedical knowledge, grant administration experience and a passion for driving progress for people affected by blood cancer, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a hybrid role with regular anchor days in our London office, alongside attendance at key meetings, conferences and team events throughout the year.

About you
In this role you will support the front-line improvement project by analysing business processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities and helping stakeholders define needs & priorities.
- Work closely with hospital teams and other stakeholders to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support implementation, testing, and monitoring of changes, identifying solutions and opportunities for scaling.
- Produce and maintain data‑driven reports, dashboards and KPI tracking to inform decision‑making.
- Create and update clear documentation, including SOPs and process guides.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and assess systems for integration or improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with PDSA policies while supporting prioritisation of front‑line improvement work.
This is a full‑time position working 35 hours per week on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will require occasional travel typically a few times per month to PDSA sites for visits or team meetings.
We’re seeking someone with:
- Demonstrated experience applying business analysis tools and methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Strong background in creating comprehensive process documentation and developing robust business cases.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead co‑creation workshops and collaborative activities.
- The confidence to interpret data and insights and convert them into practical, outcome-focused solutions.
- Experience working closely with front‑line teams in operational, healthcare, social care, or veterinary settings is beneficial, though not essential.
- A Business Analysis qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.

About the role We’re excited to be recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst – Programmes to play a key role in supporting the financial delivery of WWF-UK’s programmes and donor-funded work. Sitting within the Financial Planning and Analysis team, this role works closely with colleagues across Programmes, Partnerships and Income Generation to provide clear financial insight, support effective decision-making and ensure strong stewardship of restricted funds.
You will provide financial analysis, forecasting and reporting across a diverse portfolio of projects, working collaboratively with programme teams, corporate and public sector partners, and philanthropy colleagues. The role combines technical financial expertise with strong relationship building, helping non-finance colleagues feel confident managing budgets while ensuring donor requirements and organisational standards are met.
This is a collaborative, forward-looking role that supports WWF-UK’s matrix ways of working. You will help strengthen financial processes, improve clarity around programme finances and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our programmes are both financially robust and impactful for people and nature.

Essential
· Part-qualified or qualified accountant, or equivalent experience gained in a financial analysis or business partnering role.

The Senior Data and Performance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the work of the ASG Data team. The post holder will support with the ASG data collection, the development of the Adoption Support data collection, undertake data analysis and reporting, and visualisations to provide high quality data intelligence for the DfE and adoption sector.
This post would suit someone who has experience of data collection, recording, reporting and visualising complex data and information, preferably within the adoption, charity or public sector context, is an advanced user of Excel and Python, and is confident in presenting data to a range of audiences.

About the role
The Data Analyst works within the Data Team, using and transforming data from multiple sources to produce high quality, digestible reports, dashboards, and bespoke pieces of analysis for our fundraising and alumni colleagues. You will also lead on any benchmarking projects, both the submission of data and the interpretation and presentation of their findings. Being a clear communicator of often complex information, you will deliver insight into the performance of our various fundraising and engagement programmes, giving colleagues the information they need to continually innovate and improve.
In addition, you will have a raft of technical skills and approaches that will enable you to efficiently transform source data from multiple data sources ready for import into our Dynamics CRM system.
You will be keen to learn and develop, embracing new technologies and ways of working, and will work with the Data Team and others across the department to improve the quality of the underlying data we all rely on. You will also work closely with others in the team, IT colleagues and other users across the organisation to shape future CRM features.
You will be required to liaise and work collaboratively with other teams on new fundraising projects and initiatives, thereby ensuring a joined-up approach, that future reporting requirements can be met, with learning shared and insight retained. You will often need to manage multiple requests and prioritise your workload, albeit we have adopted an Agile approach to development.

We’re seeking a pragmatic, hands-on Cyber Security Analyst to help mature our security function.
This role will work closely with our outsourced SOC provider and internal teams to triage and investigate security events, support supplier security assurance, provide risk-based advice across the organisation, and drive automation of security processes and tooling. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across teams, and improving how security is delivered in a complex, mission-driven organisation.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Security Monitoring & Incident Support
- Act as the internal focal point with the outsourced SOC provider - ensuring effective communication, follow-up, and escalation of alerts.
- Triage, investigate, and support resolution of security events and incidents.
- Contribute to lessons learned and improvements following incidents.
- Lead the instantiation of the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and associated processes and playbooks
Supplier & Third-Party Security
- Assess cyber security risk for key suppliers and partners.
- Review supplier security documentation, raise concerns, and help negotiate security requirements.
Risk & Advice
- Provide pragmatic, risk-based security guidance to internal teams and respond to ad-hoc queries.

- Good understanding of cyber risk concepts, controls, and technical security tools.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience producing communications materials and reports
- Relevant security certifications/qualifications (e.g. CISSP, SSCP, GCIA, CEH, CompTIA)
- Knowledge of UK best practice frameworks (e.g., NCSC guidance, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials).

About the role
Are you a systems or data professional who can combine business analysis and project management skills with excellent communication skills. What you would be doing

Purpose of Role
As a Senior Fundraising Analyst you play a leading role in supporting the charity’s fundraising growth objectives through data analysis, supporter segmentation, and insight generation.

We are now seeking a Director of Operations to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our services and ensuring that our vision is lived out every day across the organisation.
The role
As Director of Operations, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with the CEO and Board to translate strategy into high-quality, sustainable delivery with exciting future developments ahead.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across 7 care homes and 3 housing communities in the south of England, leading and supporting a talented operations team to deliver safe, effective and person-centred services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing visible leadership that embeds Keychange’s Christian vision, values and culture across all services
- Leading and overseeing multi-site operations, ensuring consistently high standards of care, safeguarding and support
- Holding accountability for regulatory compliance, quality assurance and service improvement
- Driving operational excellence, innovation and efficiency through effective systems and processes
- Ensuring services are financially sustainable, working closely with finance colleagues on budgets and resources
- Developing, coaching and inspiring senior managers and leaders to perform at their best
This is a senior role with real influence – both on the strategic direction of Keychange and on the lives of hundreds of people we support.
About you
We are looking for a values-led, strategic and credible leader who brings:
- Senior leadership experience within social care, housing, homelessness or a closely related sector
- A proven track record of leading multi-site services and managing senior operational leaders
- Strong experience of working within regulated environments and delivering high-quality, compliant services
- Sound financial and commercial awareness, with experience of managing budgets and resources of a similar scale to Keychange (250 staff across 10 sites)
- A passion for developing people, culture and values-driven practice
- A personal commitment to the Christian faith and active agreement with the Keychange mission, vision and faith basis. (This is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
You will be someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, and who leads with integrity, humility and purpose.
