The NCIs are looking to recruit a Finance Systems Administrator on a one year fixed term contract basis to support business-as-usual systems during a period of significant change. The Finance Systems Administrator will work closely with the Finance Systems Analysts, supporting them as necessary and learning by assisting with support calls, predominantly 1st line, logged via the helpdesk software as well as general systems administration. Systems Administration will comprise of:
- Basic user support (password resets, user access administration, systems housekeeping etc)

About the role
The Data Analyst works within the Data Team, using and transforming data from multiple sources to produce high quality, digestible reports, dashboards, and bespoke pieces of analysis for our fundraising and alumni colleagues. You will also lead on any benchmarking projects, both the submission of data and the interpretation and presentation of their findings. Being a clear communicator of often complex information, you will deliver insight into the performance of our various fundraising and engagement programmes, giving colleagues the information they need to continually innovate and improve.
In addition, you will have a raft of technical skills and approaches that will enable you to efficiently transform source data from multiple data sources ready for import into our Dynamics CRM system.
You will be keen to learn and develop, embracing new technologies and ways of working, and will work with the Data Team and others across the department to improve the quality of the underlying data we all rely on. You will also work closely with others in the team, IT colleagues and other users across the organisation to shape future CRM features.
You will be required to liaise and work collaboratively with other teams on new fundraising projects and initiatives, thereby ensuring a joined-up approach, that future reporting requirements can be met, with learning shared and insight retained. You will often need to manage multiple requests and prioritise your workload, albeit we have adopted an Agile approach to development.
This is a full time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

We are looking for a Global Acquisition Officer to help attract new supporters through high-quality content that connects people to our mission and inspires action. Reporting to the Global Acquisition Manager, you’ll deliver multi-channel campaigns across global markets, including paid social, PPC and other digital channels. You’ll craft engaging digital content, design and optimise donation and landing pages, and track performance to continually improve results.
You’ll collaborate with teams across Individual Giving, Communications, Supporter Care, Data, Technology, and Insights and Programs to bring stories to life and run campaigns that motivate supporters to act. You’ll also contribute to wider Acquisition programs, from DRTV and cold mailing to digital lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone early in their digital fundraising or marketing career who is organised, analytical, and creative. You’ll thrive if you bring a data-driven approach with experience in testing and optimising campaigns and turning innovative ideas into measurable results.

We’re looking for a Senior Research Grants Officer to play a key role in delivering and strengthening our research portfolio spanning translational and clinical research. You’ll lead on the coordination and delivery of the Transformational Research Awards Scheme, support clinical trial review processes, and oversee a portfolio of active grants to ensure funding decisions and post-award management are rigorous, transparent and strategically aligned.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation phase, ensuring the new CRM platform is delivered successfully and realises value from the outset. Beyond implementation, this is a permanent product role, with ongoing responsibility for the evolution, optimisation and long-term value of the CRM as a core enterprise platform for the charity.
Working closely with business system owners, delivery teams, stakeholders across the organisation, and third-party partners, you will define the product vision, shape and prioritise the backlog, and ensure CRM capabilities are delivered in line with organisational strategy and user needs.
You will be a key member of project and programme teams during the CRM delivery phase, before transitioning the platform into business as usual, value driven product ownership, continuously improving capabilities to meet changing organisational and user needs.

Reporting to our Head of Business Applications, key responsibilities will include:
- Define, refine, and continuously communicate the CRM product vision, roadmap, and value proposition
- Translate organisational strategy and business needs into clear product direction, prioritising improvements that drive adoption, efficiency, and supporter experience
- Own and manage the CRM product backlog, ensuring items are clear, deliverable, and aligned with business priorities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including programme and project managers, engineers, solution architects, business analysts, testers, and business system owners to ensure the successful delivery of CRM enhancements
- Build strong relationships across fundraising, membership, welfare, operations, digital, data, and technology teams to ensure CRM capabilities meet real-world needs
- Act as a CRM and D365 platform ambassador, championing best practice, training, and innovation across the charity
You will have demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, or similar role in digital, technology or CRM product environments. You will have hands on experience of a leadership role in agile teams and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics 365, including Agile Product Owner certifications and completion of 365 Fundamentals Learning Pathway.
This is a full time, permanent position. You will be contracted to our Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.

About the role
We are recruiting for a Supporter Selections & Automation Executive to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week. This is a home-based role on a permanent contract.
As Supporter Selections & Automations Executive you will work alongside two Supporter Selections Analysts to deliver targeted automations for our supporter communications. You’ll work closely with our Supporter Selections Manager and Journeys Manager to plan, build and maintain supporter journeys that provide an excellent supporter experience to retain and grow our audiences.
You’ll play a crucial role in deepening stakeholders’ understanding of our supporters. You’ll draw on campaign results, data models and other sources of insight to enable colleagues to test hypotheses and innovate in order to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and sustainable growth across Alzheimer’s Society’s audiences.
In this role, you’ll be an active and valued member of the Omnichannel Team, supporting with the delivery of scheduled and ad hoc selections to enable delivery of the communications plan, whilst being part of the drive to put the supporter at the heart of everything we do.
Interviews for this role have been provisionally scheduled to take place via MS Teams on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th March.
About you
Joining us, you will have experience of using good task management and prioritisation skills to deliver projects or pieces of work within a set deadline. You’ll have an understanding of customer journeys and automation, with experience of planning and building customer stewardship journeys and automations using Apteco Faststats, Apteco PeopleStage or similar systems.
Crucially, you’ll be skilled in using Excel to manipulate, manage and analyse data, in addition to experience using large contact management databases and database selections. You’ll also be able to work in collaboration with others across the organisation, at all levels, to support decision-making for data selections.
What you’ll focus on:
- Leading on the delivery of automated communications through Apteco Faststats and PeopleStage, working closely with our agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the Journeys Manager on planning and documenting supporter journeys to ensure visibility of the supporter experience.
- Working with the Campaign Reporting & Optimisation Manager on rolling reviews of existing journeys to continually improve the automation & experience.
- Supporting the Selections Team to deliver planned and ad hoc targeted data selections for direct mail, telephone, email, SMS, and social media channels using Apteco FastStats.
- Using insight, data and model scores to improve and enhance audiences and personalisation across selections and automations.
- Working alongside our Apteco partner to highlight process improvements to continuously refine and strengthen our processes for selections & automations.
