Purpose
The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as the right hand to the CEO, Deputy CEO and Head of Finance & Operations (Executive Management Team – EMT) ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, handling high-level administrative support, and enabling the EMT to focus on strategic priorities.
This role demands high standards of organisation, confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion, given the EA’s access to sensitive information, strategic discussions, and senior-level correspondence. The EA will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, trustees, donors, and partners, requiring sound judgement, diplomacy, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities – This is a new role for Arthritis Action, giving you the opportunity to bring your expertise to help us shape the role. The role will include but not be limited to:
Executive Support
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the EMT for internal and external meetings and events, including diary management, communications, organising logistics (room/venue bookings, catering, etc.), travel planning, speaking engagements and meeting coordination
- Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Maintain accurate and organised digital and physical files
- Assist with EMT expense claims
Board, Committees & Stakeholder Coordination
- Schedule and organise board and committee meetings
- Prepare and circulate agendas, papers, and minutes
- Support on trustee recruitment as required, including making arrangements for interviews
- Support trustee onboarding, record keeping, and compliance with charity governance requirements
- Liaise with board members and key stakeholders on behalf of the EMT
- Maintain statutory records and assist with annual reporting
Project, Fundraising & Operations Support
- Support EMT as they work with trustees and the team to develop our 2027-2030 strategy
- Aid the preparation of our 85th Anniversary in 2027
- Track deadlines and follow up on action items for the EMT
- Support on special projects, events, and fundraising initiatives
- Conduct research and prepare background materials as needed

As our Media and PR Executive, your role will cover media monitoring, proactive and reactive PR activity, and key administrative tasks, all contributing to our mission of raising awareness and understanding of Dementia UK and the vital work of our dementia specialist Admiral Nurses.
You will manage reactive media enquiries, coordinating interviews with spokespeople and senior team members, and oversee the press office inbox and phone alongside other members of the team. You’ll also support proactive media generation by pitching story ideas, building journalist relationships and managing PR for regional Admiral Nurse service launches.
Working sensitively with families, you’ll help share their stories with the media, develop media plans, and secure coverage. Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Direction: Lead PBI UK, representing it to external stakeholders, including funders, policymakers, collaborators and the legal community. THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Development Producer, to provide development support for and oversee development projects on our growing development slate.
The Development producer will help manage the ideas that are submitted to the development fund, prepare and take part in editorial meetings, and build relationships with production companies that are serviced by Climate Spring, and help form new working relationships within the industry.
The development producer will assist the Head of Unscripted in preparing and delivering creative sessions to production companies and stakeholders. They will also help manage our unscripted contacts and prepare for community-building events with unscripted labels and talent.
You have a track record working on or developing unscripted formats a have good eye for commercially viable ideas for broadcasters streamers and online. A knowledge or experience with ad-funded content, whilst not essential, could be helpful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project managing funded TV development projects. This involves having regular meetings with production companies, industry bodies and experts.

Working with the head of unscripted to prepare for editorial and funding meetings.

Contributing to the editorial decisions made by Climate Spring

As Recertification Lead, you’ll focus on managing and creating recertification processes – supporting companies through their journey and the transition to B Lab’s new standards.

The charity delivers over 1,000 external events each year and engages thousands of young leaders to officiate and support its programmes.
Role Purpose
The Operations Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of Panathlon’s programmes and events by leading the operations function, managing resources, systems, logistics and suppliers, and ensuring high standards of health & safety, compliance, and participant experience. This role is pivotal in enabling Panathlon to scale its impact, maintain operational excellence and deliver a safe, inclusive sporting experience for children and young people with SEND.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations team across event delivery, logistics, venues, equipment, and staffing.

Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of events across the UK (both on-site and virtual/hybrid), ensuring budgets, timetables and quality standards are met.

Develop, implement and maintain operational systems, processes and best practices (e.g., venue booking, transport, catering, equipment hire, staff/volunteer deployment).

Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, venues, contractors, and third-party service providers.
