The Advice & Casework Supervisor will play a key role in delivering services and managing projects. Your role involves scheduling and managing advice appointments and rotas across a range of venues, contracts and teams. You will be providing first line technical support and training and development of team members ensuring quality standards are maintained.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, qualified in generalist advice work and be comfortable in leading a team of advisers. You will ensure quality of their work through regular case checking and support and supervision. The right candidate will have excellent organisation and time management skills as well as strong IT skills.
