Job description

Hours:

25 hours, Sunday – Thursday

Does this sound like you?

We are looking for an ambitious, fun, forward thinking Digital Content Administrator to join our team. You will be working as part of a small but efficient team and will be responsible for ensuring that all product information and data on our website is correct and up to date. You’ll work closely with our marketing team and as part of our creative team to enhance the Tab London brand and digital presence including social media.

Website Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate information on our church database
  • Manage our ecommerce and online sales
  • Upload homepage banners, and category page changes to reflect church campaigns and events
  • Update content managed areas (copy & artwork) for new church events & campaigns
  • Assist with implementing back-end product settings to reflect church campaigns and events
  • Set up and manage ticket sales for church campaigns and events
  • Assisting with the overall day- to-day responsibilities of managing the website
  • Develop and maintain the Tab London online calendar for all events
  • Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising

Social Media Responsibilities:

Working with the Social Media team to develop and maintain a social media content calendar, including gathering media support and writing caption copy that is clear, informative, excellent, and encouraging

  • Schedule and post weekly updates of all church events

Church App Responsibilities:

  • Administrate and maintain the Tab London church app, targeted to church members
  • Be the first point of call for any member related issues
  • Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising

Digital Comms:

  • Managing emails
  • Regular texts to church members

Must-Haves:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business administration or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • A love of ALL thing’s social media. We need you to be the kind of person that everyone says, ‘Don’t you ever take a break from social media??!’
  • Ability to think on your feet and be creative
  • Meticulous approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management, with the ability to multi task
  • Adaptable and able to function in a small team at a fast pace
  • Experience using packages like Excel, Photoshop and PowerPoint
  • Computer literate and understanding FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files
  • Previous experience of website management
  • Rockstar proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, social media platforms and related marketing software, MS, Mac and PC OS. Experience with email marketing software is a plus
  • Rockstar proofreading skills
  • Comfortable working in Church/Christian environment and content

Nice -To - Haves:

  • Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable
