2025 Big Syn Int Film Fest - World's biggest sustainability film festival is looking for editing wizards to support festival and awards (London).
Description
You should be an experienced and talented video editor/content creator.
This is an opportunity to boost your portfolio and build a very high profile network for furthering your career, gain visibility and also be associated with the world' biggest UN Global Goals initiative of its kind.
The editor will
- Create short intro and ending animations/transitions for the festival's SM and screenings
- Edit the interviews (Zoom/Teams) and additional footage/still to create social media ready files for YT, LI, FB, TW and IG
- Add subtitles and captions as needed for the videos
- You would need to have your own professional equipment and software and a camera and lights (if you are also a videographer - preferred, not mandatory)
- A committed and meticulous person, passionate about making the world a more sustainable, safer and peaceful place
- Proven experience (3 or more years) of hands-on experience with editing softwares (Adobe After Effects or Final Cut Pro X or Avid Media Composer or Lightworks and Premier etc)
- Can create dynamic and impactful content for different social media channels
- Capacity to work to tight deadlines
- Experience working to a specification
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Understands the resource constraints of a not for profit and is able to work with those
- Open to feedback
- Maintain confidentiality and utmost standards of professional etiquette

Voluntary Music Content Creator & Writer – RBK London
Duration: 6–8 Weeks (with opportunity for paid role post-evaluation)

RBK London is an independent record label aiming to bridge gaps between abled and disabled artists. Through our upcoming online publication and social media channels, we are aiming to spotlight fresh talent and create engaging multimedia content that resonates with the next generation of music fans and creatives.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for enthusiastic & emerging creators who are creative, and passionate music enthusiast to join us as a Voluntary Music Content Creator & Writer. This role is ideal for someone eager to break into music media , build portfolio, and connect with voices in the scene. You’ll work alongside a small but passionate team to shape RBK London's voice across our digital platforms. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Write engaging articles, interviews, and opinion on emerging artists, music trends, and industry news
Ideate, execute and post social media content
Attend music events, studio sessions, and artist meet-ups for coverage
Support with content scheduling and community engagement
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for social content strategy
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Preferably London-based and able to travel
Strong written communication skills, an eye for detail
Active interest and knowledge in music
Confident on social media and aware of what works with Millennial audiences
Self-motivated, reliable, and excited to contribute ideas
Experience using basic video editing tools
