We are looking for an effective, organised and socially minded person to join our services team as a Service Coordinator. You will be at the heart of our business, directly coordinating and delivering our service to guardians and to property owners. Supported by experienced managers and, making use of a field team and other operational support, you will deliver work across our diverse portfolio.

The fundamentals of this role

Manage guardians

• Ensure guardians meet our criteria and ready for life as a guardian.
• Manage the guardian sign-up and move-in process.
• Be the main point of contact for guardians.
• Liaise with guardians to resolve any issues or concerns, e.g. poor conduct, licence breaches or vulnerability concerns.
• Work closely with guardians when they need to move on from Dot Dot Dot properties.
• Draw on data to gain insight into guardians and to guide support or interventions as required.
• Coordinate or assist with events, partnerships and other activities to promote volunteering and/or community engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure repairs are properly reported and dealt with.
• Collaborate with colleagues to fill voids quickly with suitable guardians.

Manage properties

• Collaborate with colleagues ensure that properties are monitored, set up and managed in line with internal standards, client requirements and any relevant licensing or regulatory standards.
• Organise, monitor and manage the handback of properties to clients, ensuring guardian and client relationships are managed professionally and  effectively.
• Monitor budgets and spending on property issues, to make good choices about spending and to inform budget planning and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients on property repairs, major works or other issues.
• Provide clients with reports and information about their property as required.

Provide excellent client service

• Liaise closely with clients (building owners) to understand their needs and to keep them updated and informed about our work.
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with client contacts, working in a collaborative and service- focused way.
• Understand our client agreements and ensure that our service delivery meets the unique requirements of each contract.
• Identify opportunities to add value for our clients, encouraging the best social and financial value for all parties.

The Digital and Data Lead plays a key role in ensuring the Charity’s digital systems and data are effective, reliable and used to their full potential across the organisation. Working closely with the Digital and Data Manager, the post holder will lead on the day to day development, optimisation and use of the Charity’s CRM (Salesforce) and wider digital systems. The role also provides high quality support, insight and training to colleagues.

The role combines strong technical capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight, practical improvements and robust governance. This supports informed decision making across the Charity.

We are currently looking for a Volunteer Support Officer with proven administrative and IT skills to join our busy Volunteer Support team based at our National Support Centre.

This role plays a vital part in supporting the smooth and safe onboarding of adult volunteers within Sea Cadets. As a key member of the Volunteer Support Team, you will ensure that all administrative processes are completed. You will act as a first point of contact for volunteer enquiries, maintain high quality records throughout volunteers’ membership, maintaining MSSC’s commitment to safer recruitment and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of adult volunteer applications to join Sea Cadets, ensuring all personnel records are accurately updated on the CRM system.
• Review and approve volunteer references in line with MSSC’s Safer Recruitment Policy.
• Administer the enhanced disclosure process, acting as an MSSC counter-signatory.
• Process grants and claims relating to volunteer uniform allowances.
• Review and submit applications for UKSV Security Clearances and MOD 90 ID Cards.
• Respond to all Volunteer Support enquiries received by MSSC via email, post, and phone.

Requirements

• Experience working in a customer‑focused role, handling a wide range of enquiries by phone and email, including challenging conversations.
• Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using data protection procedures and handling confidential information appropriately.
• Experience organising own workload and managing deadlines effectively.

• Experience of database inputting, record maintenance, and data management.

The Coin Street Nursery has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic team player, who wants to gain experience in a non-domestic kitchen supporting our in-house nursery chef. Hospice at Home’s skilled team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants provide our exceptional core services of palliative and end of life care and support people in their last year of life also providing additional services such as Lymphoedema, Bereavement and Family Support, Befriending, Occupational Therapy and Complementary Therapy.

We provide individualised care and support to improve quality of life and our end of life care helps facilitate a peaceful and dignified death in the home and support to those who are bereaved.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Major Gifts & Individual Giving Lead to join our fundraising team.

This role leads the operational development of Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland’s Major Gifts, Individual Giving and Legacy programmes, and support in the development of Trust & Foundation applications.

As a new area of focus for the organisation, the postholder will be responsible for designing, launching and growing a full supporter journey for individual donors—from regular giving through to mid‑value, major gifts and Legacy giving. They will build and manage a strong pipeline of donors and prospects, cultivating long‑term philanthropic support for the charity.

The role also carries responsibility for developing strategic corporate partnerships with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) alignment, and values‑led partnerships that deliver sustainable mutual benefit.

They will drive the charity’s communications and supporter experience. Working with the wider fundraising team, the postholder will help design and deliver a communications plan, oversee development of social media, maintain website content, and produce print and digital materials to support fundraising and raise awareness of fundraising opportunities.

London Landmarks Half Marathon Event Assistant

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Event Assistant to be on the frontline of participant support, helping ensure every runner has the best possible experience. It’s an exciting time to join the team as we look ahead to our 10th anniversary event in 2027.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for participant queries across email and phone, providing clear, friendly and timely support, and making sure every interaction is handled with care and accuracy.

Alongside this, you’ll support website updates, maintain accurate information across systems, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll also contribute to community engagement and event delivery, including supporting the coordination of performers and musicians, assisting with our volunteer programme, and helping deliver a smooth and engaging race weekend.

We are seeking an experienced, driven and creative Marketing Manager to join Nottingham Hospitals Charity at a senior level. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in working alongside our appointed agency to shape and implement multi-channel marketing plans that support fundraising, engage existing and new supporters as well as bringing our brand to life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the NHC marketing plan and introduce content marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with charity goals
• Lead on brand awareness campaign to improve awareness, engagement and income
• Be key point of contact with appointed agencies to deliver the marketing and development strategy

About you

Our Legal Practice Unit provides advice and representation primarily under legal aid contract. Our Policy and Practice Change team promotes practice change through training and capacity building to professionals and secures systems change through research, policy and advocacy.

About the role

This role will coordinate, oversee and supervise the Legal Practice Unit’s legal aid billing operations. Through systematic and efficient management, the post-holder will play an important role in CCLC’s financial and operational sustainability. Working with the Managing Director of Legal Practice, the Heads of Department and Coram’s central finance team, the key objective of the role is to help maximise the unit’s legal aid billing in controlled work, certificated work and inter partes costs. It will also oversee private fees billing. The post-holder will oversee the smooth running of legal aid billing. In this role, the post-holder will work very closely with legal, operations and administrative staff. The role will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders including Coram’s central finance team who will support the role with grant fund management and overall accounting functions for CCLC. The post-holder will support the Managing Director of Legal Practice and Children’s Rights and department heads in the successful maintenance of our relationship with the Legal Aid Agency.

The role would suit a legal aid billing professional with significant direct hands on experience of a range of types of civil legal aid billing (including controlled and certificated work) and an understanding of the challenges of legal aid. The ideal candidate will have experience of supervising the work of others but support and training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing into management, is a proactive problem solver, is highly organised and able to maintain oversight over different workstreams ensuring progress. In addition to legal aid experience, they will need an aptitude for processing large amounts of data, developing and managing spreadsheets and improving organisational systems. They will be well supported through training, an enthusiastic and competent junior billing team, the central finance team and an outsourced legal cashiering company, as well as a friendly and collaborative management team including the Managing Director and the Heads of practice areas.

This is a largely office-based role in order to fully provide support to the billing team. However, some remote / hybrid working may be possible depending the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period and there will be flexibility over how the working hours days will be spread across the week (within working hours). The team are mostly based in the London office and with one billing team member in Colchester so the postholder may require some occasional travel.

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager you will be responsible for:

• Providing support to manage the Harris Federation apprenticeship levy, tracking costs, progress and compliance with funding requirements

• Supporting internal and external marketing for apprenticeship activities as part of wider employer branding and promoting engagement events to increase awareness and understanding of apprenticeships

• Maintaining and advising on safeguarding compliance, including neuro-inclusion, in alignment with the Ofsted framework, especially for under-18 apprentices
