Would you like to raise funds, have fun and join a super team of volunteers who together make our Jumble Sales in Thatcham a great success? As Jumble Sales Organiser you would be helping to make everything run smoothly for the team.
Time Expectations: 1 Saturday every other month (plus preparations)
This could be a shared role and tasks may include:
· Booking the hall for future Jumbles
· Contacting the Jumble team before events to check availability
· Set up stalls, running a stall and packing away at the end
· Collecting any items/resources needed from the centre the day before

We’re looking for a Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. Everyone deserves a safe, clean, dignified place to call home. Join us, and help end housing poverty.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The role involves monitoring the financial administration of the charity and reporting to the Board at regular intervals on its state of financial health. The Treasurer will assist the team in setting AzuKo’s strategy, support AzuKo’s staff and ensure all financial affairs are legal, constitutional and within accepted accounting practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure there is financial stability with effective and efficient administration
Monitor and report on the financial health of the charity (balance sheet, cash flow, fundraising performance etc) at Trustee meetings
Prepare and process payroll for employees
Oversee production of financial reports / returns, accounts and audits
Ensure proper records are kept and effective financial procedures are in place
Participate in other tasks as arise from time to time, such as interviewing new Trustees, helping with fundraising events
Act as an ambassador for our cause and for AzuKo
QUALITIES

About the role:
We are looking for people to join our communications team. Helping with a variety of tasks from social media scheduling to posting job adverts to helping create policies.

We are looking for a few individuals who may have the following skills and experience. Don't worry if you haven’t as full training will be provided.

Knowledge of admin programs including spreadsheets and outlook
