Job description

Calling All Creative Trailblazers!

Are you a Graphic Designer with a passion for purpose and a flair for bold, buzz-worthy visuals? This is your moment to make a real impact. VOLUNTEER with us at MINDSET Charity.

The silence surrounding men's struggles is a crisis that breaks hearts and costs lives. Sadly, suicide remains the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. Behind every statistic is a man, a son, a father, a friend, battling alone. MINDSET is here to change that. We're a brand new start-up charity, forging a brotherhood to inform, guide, and support men, empowering their mental well-being and self-improvement through vital services, events, and a powerful community.

Join MINDSET Charity - a dynamic new start-up on a mission to empower men through mental health, wellbeing, and self-improvement. We’re not just building a brand, we’re igniting a brotherhood and community. And we need YOU to help us bring it to life.

What’s the gig?

We’re looking for a volunteer Graphic Designer who can help us craft a visual identity that turns heads and opens hearts. From scroll-stopping social media posts to eye-catching roller banners, booklets, signage, and sleek business stationery, you’ll be the creative force behind our public presence.

Your designs will:

  • Spark conversations around men’s mental health.

  • Build recognition and trust for MINDSET Charity.

  • Inspire support, donations, and community engagement.

  • Help us grow from grassroots to greatness.

Why MINDSET Matters:

Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK. Many suffer in silence. We’re here to change that—with connection, creativity, and courage. Your work could literally help save lives.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong portfolio (freelancers, students, and professionals welcome!).

  • Passion for mental health, wellbeing, and social impact.

  • Ability to collaborate with a passionate team.

  • Flexibility to work remotely and manage your own time.

What’s in it for you?

  • Be part of something bold and meaningful from the ground up.

  • Showcase your work across platforms and campaigns.

  • Expand your portfolio with real-world impact.

  • Join a team that values your voice, vision, and vibe.

Ready to design the change?

Send us your portfolio and a short note about why you’d love to create for MINDSET Charity. Let’s build something unforgettable—together. Apply now and help us shape the future of men’s mental health. Let your creativity be the catalyst. Let your designs speak louder than words. Let’s build a stronger MINDSET.
