Job description
  • Support onboarding, training of new volunteers

  • Development, updating of training materials for volunteers

  • Co-ordinate deployment of volunteers to specific projects 

  • Development of LRC volunteer charter

  • Advising Trustees of volunteer needs

  • Liaising with team members, Trustees

  • Taking part in relevant meetings

  • Oversee operations

    • Project materials, equipment

    • Volunteer expenses approval

    • Contribution to website, social media content

Key competencies 

  • Training / volunteer experience 

  • IT competent

  • Team working

  • Good intuition, initiative

  • Good communication – verbal & written

  • Attention to detail
