M&E Assistant(Data Entry & Analysis)

Position Summary
The M&E Assistant (Analysis) shall be  responsible for transforming raw field data into actionable insights. This role manages the project database, ensuring all data is entered correctly and analyzed to track progress against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately input data from physical forms into the central Management Information System (MIS).
  • Cleaning & Validation: Identify and resolve inconsistencies, missing values, or outliers in the dataset.
  • Statistical Analysis: Run descriptive and inferential analyses to measure project impact.
  • Reporting: Create visual dashboards and draft monthly/quarterly progress reports for management.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Statistics, ICT, Economics, or Quantitative Economics.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with analysis software like SPSS, STATA, or R.
  • Attention to Detail: High typing speed and accuracy with zero-tolerance for data entry errors.
  • Presence:  Availability for on-site data verification as required.

10+ hours per week
