Job description

Play2Give is looking for a proactive and organised Partnerships Communications Officer to lead how 
partnerships are communicated across the charity’s platforms and campaigns. 


This role is responsible for ensuring partners are consistently and effectively represented, while 
strengthening relationships through clear and impactful communication. You will play a key role in 
integrating partnerships into wider campaigns and ensuring all visibility commitments are delivered. 


What you will do 

  • Working with the Partnerships Officer, manage how partnerships are represented across all 
  • communications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Play2Give’s brand. 
  • Manage the delivery of partnership-related content across campaigns, social media, and other 
  • channels. 
  • Ensure all partnership visibility requirements are delivered effectively. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communications Officer to plan and deliver partner-related 
  • content. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to highlight partners across events, 
  • campaigns, and impact communications. 
  • Track and monitor partnership visibility, ensuring commitments are met and identifying areas for 
  • improvement. 
  • Support campaign planning by embedding partnership communication from the outset. 
  • Act as a key link between partnerships and communications, ensuring clear and consistent 
  • messaging. 


What you will bring 

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail. 
  • Clear and confident written communication skills. 
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and ensure delivery to a high standard. 
  • Understanding or interest in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or communications. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams. 
  • Interest in supporting a community-focused organisation.
