Volunteer Services Manager | MINDSET Charity | Remote (UK)

Are you passionate about turning a vision into a lifeline? At MINDSET, we believe that every man deserves a supportive community to help him navigate life’s challenges. We are a start-up charity beginning our journey, and we are dedicated to providing the spaces and tools men need for intentional growth and mental wellbeing.

We have the vision and a dedicated Board; now we are looking for a Services Manager to lead the delivery of our core programmes.

The VOLUNTEER Opportunity

As our first Services Manager, your role is at the heart of why we exist. You will oversee the delivery of our support services—from peer groups to mentoring—ensuring that every man who reaches out to MINDSET receives high-quality, impactful support.

In this role, you will:

• Lead Service Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day running of our programmes, ensuring they are accessible and meeting the needs of our community.

• Maintain High Standards: Ensure our services are safe, inclusive, and consistent with our mission of "intentional growth."

• Gather Feedback: Talk to the men using our services to understand what’s working and what we can do better.

• Support the Frontline: Work closely with our facilitators and mentors to ensure they feel supported and equipped to lead.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who understands the "frontline" of mental health and personal development. You might be a great fit if you are:

• Compassionate & Wise: You have a deep understanding of men’s mental health and how to create safe, supportive spaces.

• Action-Oriented: You don’t just want to talk about helping; you want to make sure the help actually reaches the people who need it.

• A Great Communicator: You can bridge the gap between our strategy and the volunteers delivering the service.

• Mission-Driven: You believe that the quality of our service is what will ultimately change lives.
