Would you like to support disabled children in accessing fun activity sessions? Could you provide admin support in the office to help facilitate sessions for our Children’s Activity Club team.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Childrens Activity Club managed with a range of administration tasks

. • Helping with data entry tasks, such as updating our in-house database with registers, session attendance, feedback, and uploading support plans.

• Telephoning parents to go through initial risk assessments/ supports plans on how best we can support their child at a session understanding their communication, sensory and support needs.

• Helping to research required resources for sessions.

What skills would be useful?

• A good level of computer literacy

• A good eye for detail

• Confident using a telephone

• Previous experience with data entry tasks

• Previous experience supporting SEN children

Help4Homeless is looking for an Event Organisation Manager to lead creative fundraising events that directly support people experiencing homelessness in Peterborough. This is a flexible, remote volunteer role where your ideas can turn into real-world impact.

�� About Help4Homeless

Help4Homeless is a youth-led initiative founded in Peterborough with a simple mission: provide practical support to people sleeping rough through £10 wellbeing packs.

Each pack includes essentials like socks, hygiene products, snacks, and warmth items, and 100% of donations go directly into these packs. No admin fees, no overheads, just real help for real people.

�� The Role

As Event Organisation Manager, you’ll take the lead in planning and coordinating fundraising events and campaigns that grow awareness and raise vital funds.

• Plan and organise fundraising events (online and community-based)

�� Our Current Campaign

We’re currently running “31 Days, 31 Packs” (May 2026), aiming to fund one wellbeing pack per day. Your role will help shape and deliver campaigns like this.

This role is hybrid based in Birmingham Third Space (687 Stratford Road, B11 4DX)

Volunteers are an integral part of Human Appeal’s success. They are the ones that create real change for those most in need. This is your chance to meet new people, gain new skills and experience and have fun whilst being part of a great cause.​ We are looking for a engagement intern to assist the fundraising and engagement team in developing events, project management and admin support..

Main tasks:

• Administrative tasks such as collating data, contacting signups for pledges, various challenges, deployments and events. 
• Assist with administrational tasks relating to fundraising 
• Create content for social media
• Contact guests who have booked for events
• Research venues, catering and other fundraising related tasks for upcoming events

MINDSET is a new charity with a bold mission: to equip men with the tools, skills, and approaches they need to live happier, healthier, more resilient lives — in a non‑clinical, non‑therapeutic, practical way.

We’re building something meaningful from the ground up, and we’re looking for a small group of committed volunteers to help shape our foundation.

What is the Steering Group?

The Steering Group is a temporary leadership team (6–12 months) that will guide the early development of MINDSET before we formally register as a charity and appoint Trustees.

You’ll help shape:

• our first programmes and workshops

• • Sharing a group agreement at the start of each session, including the importance of respect and confidentiality.
  • Facilitating meetings according to the SMART Recovery Meeting Structure including a check-in, agenda setting, and check-out.

Volunteer Role: Community Group Volunteer

Location: Across Wales

Frequency: A few hours once a month

Reporting to: Adoption Community Manager

Safeguarding: Enhanced DBS

Community groups are facilitated face to face or virtual meetings/events run by community group coordinators who are volunteers. The groups are run to offer local networking, support, information, advice, guidance and a sense of community for adoption UK members.

The role of a community group coordinator is to plan, organise, facilitate and network meeting and events both face to face and virtually for local adoption UK members. 

The groups are open to prospective adopters/ adopters awaiting a match and adopters with children. Meet ups are often held monthly although the frequency is dependent on the availability of the community group coordinator. 

What you will be doing   

·Plan dates for the community group meetings.

·Inform the Community officer and manager so the admin and booking link can be created for the group.

·Attend the group meetings, welcome the attendees, remind everyone at the start of the meeting about safeguarding and confidentiality, chair the meeting and provide a listening ear and potential signposting to the attendees.

·Ensure Adoption UK’s safeguarding policies and procedures are followed.

·After the meeting, send an attendance list to staff at Adoption UK.

The Skills and Experience you need  

·Personal experience, and understanding of the issues facing adoptive parents
