And now, we’re looking for a HR & Volunteering Officer who wants to help build the people‑power behind this movement.
If you’re someone who believes in purpose, who cares deeply about people, and who wants to help shape something that truly matters — this role will feel like home.

-
Help shape the people‑side of a charity that’s expanding across England
You’ll be part of the team that ensures every volunteer feels seen, supported, and ready to make a difference.
Who We’re Looking For

A caring, people‑first mindset
-
Strong organisation and communication skills
-
A passion for supporting volunteers
-
A belief in our mission and values
-
A willingness to learn, grow, and lead with empathy

What You’ll Be Part Of
MINDSET is building:
-
Peer‑led support groups across the country

-
A national movement that redefines what strength looks like
This isn’t a moment. It’s a movement.

You’ll gain:
-
Experience in HR, volunteering, and people operations
-
The chance to help shape a charity from the ground up
-
A supportive team that feels like a brotherhood
-
Purpose, pride, and the knowledge that your work changes lives
