Help us disrupt a multi-billion-pound industry! We are the UK's first non-profit Host Travel Agency, using mainstream holiday sales to fund global sustainable development. We need a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our B2B/B2C strategy, selling real dreams to make a real difference with real money.
The Mission: Shattering the Status Quo The travel industry has a massive "economic leakage" problem. Billions are spent by UK consumers on holidays, but a tiny fraction reaches the local communities hosting them. Yule Travel Group CIC is here to shatter that status quo.
We operate a unique dual-model:
Yule Travel Group CIC: The UK's first non-profit Host Agency (B2B), recruiting marginalized travel entrepreneurs to build their own independent businesses under our legal umbrella.
Yule Travel: Scotland’s first non-profit retail travel agency (B2C), expanding UK-wide to sell mainstream holidays directly to consumers.
Crucially, 100% of our retained corporate profits from both channels are legally locked to fund global sustainable development, such as our flagship "Made From The Mekong" project in Laos.
Your Role as the "Head" We are building a marketing department consisting of three people: You (The Head), a B2C Content Creator, and a B2B Outreach Creator. We do not need you to design daily Instagram posts; we need you to lead the strategy and ensure both "arms" are perfectly aligned with our mission.
Brand Guardianship: Overseeing the distinct brand voices of our B2B Host Agency and our B2C Retail Agency, ensuring they both communicate our "Travel for Good" ethos without greenwashing.
Team Leadership: Assisting the Director in recruiting, guiding, and managing the two volunteer content creators.
Campaign Strategy: Designing high-level marketing campaigns that sell global holidays, which in turn fund our specific "Four Pillars of Change."
The Global Impact of Your Role Your strategic leadership will be the commercial engine for our global social funding. Because of our unique CIC structure, we rely entirely on commercial travel sales to fund our charitable missions. The more holidays our retail arm sells, and the more independent agents our host arm recruits, the more corporate profit we legally safeguard to fund our initiatives.
By leading our marketing team, your impact acts as a multiplier. You will directly drive the commercial success required to scale the "Made From The Mekong" project. This initiative delivers digital literacy and English education to 150 learners across isolated, off-grid villages in Laos, while simultaneously funding a circular economy that pays villagers a fair wage to repurpose river plastic.
The Ideal Candidate You do not need to be from the travel industry, but you absolutely must be a strategic thinker who understands how to build and protect a premium brand architecture.
3+ Years in Marketing Leadership: Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or campaign direction.
B2B & B2C Fluency: You know how to pitch a B2B business opportunity to a corporate professional, and how to sell a B2C luxury holiday to a consumer.
The "Anti-Greenwashing" Guardian: You have a strict ethical compass. You know how to market social impact with dignity, facts, and transparency.
A Disruptive Energy: You aren't looking for a sleepy charity role. You want to come in at the ground floor of a dynamic startup, move fast, and actively disrupt a multi-billion-pound industry.
Role Logistics: This is a fully remote, flexible volunteer role (4-6 hours/week). You will be managing other volunteers, not paid employees.
Our mission is to end economic leakage in the global tourism industry by using mainstream travel as a commercial engine for measurable global good. We

Join the UK’s first-ever purpose-driven travel Host Agency officially incorporated as a CIC. Use your digital content skills as a commercial engine to fund massive, measurable global good.
About Us
We are disruptors, not traditional philanthropists. We believe that relying solely on charity can strip vulnerable communities of their agency, which is why we use mainstream travel as a powerful commercial engine for self-sustaining global good.
We operate a highly scalable dual-model: an inclusive B2B business incubator for travel entrepreneurs, and our flagship B2C retail brand, 'Yule Travel'. What makes us radically different is our legal structure. 100% of our retained corporate profits are legally locked to our social mission. Every holiday booked through our network actively funds our "Four Pillars of Change" directly in developing destinations, such as our flagship "Made From The Mekong".
The Role
Working alongside our newly appointed Head of Marketing, we are looking for a highly strategic B2C Digital Content Creator to lead the creative voice of our retail brand. You will be responsible for:
Social Media & Content Creation: Designing 2–3 engaging social media posts or short-form videos per week (using Canva, CapCut, etc.) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to sell the "dream" of our global holidays.
B2C Copywriting: Crafting high-converting website copy, exciting destination guides, and bespoke "Signature Trips" (e.g., sustainable Maldives honeymoons or Costa Rica eco-tours) for our consumer storefront.
Storytelling with Purpose: Translating our complex dual-impact model into engaging narratives that highlight our grassroots projects in Southeast Asia without ever using "charity-guilt" to sell holidays.
Why Join Us?
We respect that our volunteers are high-level professionals, often balancing their time alongside demanding careers. By joining Yule Travel Group CIC, you gain:
Strategic Autonomy: You won't be handed a list of mundane tasks. You will be given a blank canvas to build and execute enterprise-grade digital strategies.
Measurable Global Impact: Your work doesn't just raise awareness; it generates the commercial revenue that builds schools and funds micro-finance.
Tech-Forward Experience: We operate with the sharpness of a corporate tech startup.
Ultimate Flexibility: We operate a 100% remote, asynchronous workspace. You complete your 3–10 hours per week entirely on your own schedule, from anywhere in the UK.
A Prestige Portfolio Piece: Coming in at the ground floor of a radical industry disruptor is a uniquely powerful case study for any professional portfolio.

VOLUNTEER ROLE: HEAD OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS
Lead the Voice of a Movement Changing Men’s Lives
MINDSET is not just a charity. It’s a cultural shift. A brotherhood. A mission to redefine what strength looks like for men across the country.
We speak to men in a way that feels real — through action, honesty, challenge, and connection. No jargon. No judgment. No shame. Just real conversations, real growth, and real change.
Now we’re looking for a Head of External Affairs who can take this mission beyond our walls and into the national conversation.
If you’re someone who believes in bold ideas, who knows the power of storytelling, influence, and strategic relationships — and who wants to help build something that genuinely matters — this is your moment.
Why This Role Matters
Every message we share, every partnership we build, every conversation we spark has the power to change a man’s life.
Your work will shape:
How the public sees men’s mental health
How policymakers understand prevention and early support
How communities engage with our mission
How partners, funders, and allies join our movement
How MINDSET becomes a national force for change
This isn’t PR. This is purpose‑driven influence.
This is using your voice to help men find theirs.
What You’ll Lead
As our Head of External Affairs, you will:
Shape and lead MINDSET’s public voice, messaging, and external presence
Build relationships with partners, community leaders, influencers, and organisations
Support media engagement, press releases, and public statements
Help position MINDSET as a national leader in men’s wellbeing and preventative mental health
Work with the CEO and leadership team to influence policy, research, and national conversations
Represent the charity at events, meetings, and public forums
Ensure our values — honesty, courage, growth, brotherhood, inclusion, action — shine through everything we say and do
You’ll be the bridge between our mission and the world.
Who We’re Looking For
A passion for communication, storytelling, and influence
Confidence in representing a mission publicly
Strong relationship‑building skills
Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
A belief in preventative mental health and positive masculinity
A desire to help shape a national movement
The courage to speak up for men who feel they can’t
If you’ve ever thought, “We need to change the way society talks about men,” then you already understand the heart of this role.
What You’ll Be Part Of
MINDSET is building:
Peer‑led support groups across the country
Action‑based wellbeing programmes
Workshops that build resilience, confidence, and emotional strength
Talk Zones in barbershops, gyms, and workplaces
A digital platform for mental fitness and personal growth
A national movement that redefines strength, vulnerability, and brotherhood
We’re not waiting for change. We are the change.
What You’ll Gain
This is a volunteer role — but the impact is real and lasting.
You’ll gain:
Leadership experience at a national level
A chance to shape the public identity of a growing charity
A powerful portfolio of communications, partnerships, and influence work
A community of passionate, purpose‑driven people
A role that grows with you as the movement expands
The knowledge that your voice helped change — and even save — lives
If This Mission Speaks to You… Step Forward.
Men need us. Men need you. And together, we can build something powerful — something that helps men not just survive, but thrive.
Apply now. Join the movement. Reset the mindset — for others, and for yourself.
To empower men across England to take charge of their mental wellbeing and personal growth through connection, conversation, and community.

Strong writing skills and a feel for authentic, emotional messaging
An understanding of social media and digital engagement
A belief in preventative mental health and positive masculinity
Emotional intelligence and a people‑first mindset
