The Wolverhampton Baby Bank, our flagship service, provides essential items and support to families with children aged 0–3. Through donated essentials and community engagement, we offer:

As WFRC stabilises and restructures following recent operational challenges, we are seeking a strong, structured, and compassionate Baby Bank Manager to lead the service forward.
The Role
The Baby Bank Manager will lead the operational delivery and structured rebuild of WFRC’s flagship Baby Bank service.
This is a critical leadership role combining operational management, volunteer coordination, stock oversight, client support, compliance, and reporting.
WFRC operates as a not-for-profit organisation but must function with business-level accountability and sustainability. The successful candidate will embed systems and processes that ensure continuity beyond individuals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Leadership & Delivery

About the Role
The ePDP Programme Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the Enhanced Professional Development Programme (ePDP) and managing the ePDP Liaison. How much commitment is required?
We are flexible around your schedule, most roles require 2-4 hours per week depending on the time of year, current priorities etc. However, the following commitments are in place for all members of the Hidayah Board:
- Attend monthly Trustee meetings and provide updates on HR & Recruitment matters
- Attend regular one-to-one check ins with the Chair
- Attend Hidayah events (where geographically possible)
- Check and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Contribute to Trustee communications (via Discord) and remain engaged with organisational developments
- Provide HR-related information, statements and data for the annual report as required
- Stay up to date with organisational changes, governance responsibilities and sector developments
This role is subject to a 6-month probationary period with a 2-month notice period should you wish to resign.
This role remains in place until the next AGM.

Important Information

Collaboration with the Communications Department ensures language is trauma-informed and safeguarding-aware. Sensitive issues are handled ethically, reducing the risk of re-traumatisation and creating a digital environment where survivors feel seen, respected and safe.
Cross-department collaboration ensures campaigns, policy work, education programmes and fundraising initiatives are amplified effectively. This leads to increased attendance at training, stronger campaign mobilisation, greater public engagement and enhanced funding — all of which contribute to tangible protection and support for vulnerable girls and young women.
By analysing performance data, the Social Media Lead helps Emerge Worldwide reach high-risk demographics more effectively. Data-informed decisions improve targeting, engagement and resource allocation, ensuring messaging reaches those most vulnerable.
In summary, the outcomes of this role contribute directly to early identification, public education, cultural awareness and increased access to prevention services. The Social Media Lead helps transform awareness into action — strengthening Emerge Worldwide’s impact in advocating for women and girls against grooming, sexual exploitation and sex trafficking.

We are looking for an inspiring and committed Chair of Trustees to lead our Board at this exciting point in our development.
